I bought the Zens Qi2 Nightstand Charger. Great product! It works as described on the Zens website. I can now use my iPhone as a clock while it’s charging so I dumped my old alarm clock. It took only a few days to make it across the pond to Florida with no problems.

I purchased the ZECC07 charging cable expecting it to work as a reliable multi-device charger. The product itself is not cheap, but nowhere on the box does it mention that a high-wattage USB-C adapter is effectively required for it to work properly. The description simply says an adapter is “recommended,” which is very misleading.
After discovering the cable did not work as expected, I contacted customer support and was sent in circles between the seller and the support team. They confirmed that the free 65W adapter they offered as a “solution” will not provide enough power to charge my devices simultaneously as intended. Despite raising my concerns about misleading information and my right to return the product, a refund was refused.
The whole process took far too long and was handled in a way that is completely unfocused on customer needs. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend this company or product.

The order and delivery service was excellent. So is the product. However, nowhere in the process is it indicated that FedEx will come after you later for tariffs.

Still waiting for my product 14 days later.
Customer support is completely unresponsive to my multiple emails.
I can't comment on the powerbanks yet, but the customer service is currently a 1-star experience.
Willing to amend my review if Zens finally gets back to me.

I bought the Zens Tech USC 3 Pro charger hoping it would simplify and tidy up my charging setup, but it’s been really disappointing. I left my iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch on it overnight. They began to charge but stopped at some point and never reached any where near a full charge. Woke up to find all needed charging. For something at this price point, that’s just not acceptable. I’ll be returning it and can’t recommend it based on my experience.

What a joke. Bought a 4-1 station from this company that was faulty. Sent a replacement and again faulty. Now, almost a month later, and after asking for a full refund and collection of the useless charger they are asking me to make a 1hr trip to a drop off point. AVOID
Edit: After that reply, they never tried to reach out. I still had to do my hour trip to the drop off point to return an epensive and useless Charging station.

It’s compact, heavy & cute in the purple cherry color. Rated for iPhone 12 & up
Box states it includes a power adapter & shows a picture of a 2-prong plug. Also states there’s a manual.
Unboxing had the charger, a black charging cord, plug adapters & the tech info.
There’s no manual or power adapter
Found a 5w wall plug in the house & attached the power cord to the charger & iPhone 12 Pro & it did charge. Iphone night stand won’t illuminate even after going thru settings & phone angles.
Found a support contact which says you’ll receive a response in 2-3 days. Couldn’t find any connection guidance on their website or on utube.
It DOES work on iPhone 17 however, was a disappointing gift for a iPhone 12 user.
It was returned to the physical Apple Store as it was purchased from Apple.com.

I appreciated the fast response whenever I had queries on email. The ordering was easy, and delivery was relatively fast.
The only thing I was concerned about was when I received the package, the product box was not sealed, so I had a fleeting thought that maybe I was sent a display unit. Maybe you should look into this, because here in Singapore, most products are carefully packaged and sealed for consumer protection.

I placed an order in late 2024, it took over a month to arrive inspite of every product being listed as available.
All three products have major defects which include:
- USB-C out not working / fried a small technical appliance (voltage too high?!)
- Loude high pitch noise while charging
- Off-center MagSafe charger
- Magnets on charger too weak to hold landscape phone
I really would not buy anthing from Zens anymore, 230€ down the drain
