We’re very sorry for the frustration and completely understand why seeing an unexpected recurring charge would be upsetting. This is not how we want our customers to feel about the ZenPuff Elite Care membership.

We’ve already cancelled your Elite Care membership, so you will not be charged for the membership going forward.

Elite Care is designed to provide added value through benefits such as monthly store credit, priority shipping, early access to new products, and lifetime quality and part-replacement coverage. However, we understand that the membership may not be right for everyone, and we’re sorry that your experience left you feeling this way.
