BEWARE: Ghosted by support and forced to pay tariffs on expired 6 month late formula
Avoid Zen Organic Formula at all costs. What started as a standard order turned into a half-year logistical nightmare and an unexpected financial penalty.
My original formula order was lost in customs for months. Zen Organic offered a replacement, explicitly stating in writing that I wouldn’t be charged for the reshipment if the original never arrived. After filing a completely justified chargeback for the undelivered product, I finally received the replacement.
Fast forward over FIVE MONTHS: the original lost package suddenly arrived. The formula was just weeks away from expiring, and my baby had already completely outgrown that stage. To make matters worse, I was slapped with a $152.20 customs/tariff bill just to receive this late, completely unusable package.
When I asked Zen Organic to reimburse the tariff for their massive shipping failure, they flat-out refused. They told me to simply "dispose of" the formula, refused to issue a return label, and contradicted their own written policies. Now, customer service is completely ghosting my emails.
No parent should be forced to pay a $150+ penalty for a company's logistical disaster and near-expired product. They do not honor their written agreements and will leave you footing the bill for their mistakes. Just don't risk it even though it has a good review, you can be me. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

As we have been discussing with you via email, after further review, we can confirm that your original order was fully refunded, and in addition, we also reshipped your complete order, which was successfully received. As previously agreed, the replacement shipment was provided without an upfront charge, with a discounted payment arrangement of 30% to apply afterward. At this time, because the agreed reshipment balance remains unpaid, we are unfortunately unable to process reimbursement for the tariff charges associated with the delayed original shipment. Once the reshipment payment has been completed, we would be happy to promptly process the tariff reimbursement as discussed. We understand how stressful shipping delays can be, especially for essential baby products, and we truly regret the inconvenience this situation has caused your family.

I am very satisfied with Zen Organic.
I live in Missouri, USA, and recently ordered HiPP Dutch Cow Stage 4 for the first time from Zen Organic. The delivery took less than a month, although the package was held in customs clearance in Minneapolis, Minnesota for about three weeks.
To be honest, since this was my first order from ZO, I was initially worried that it might not be trustworthy because I had always ordered from other companies before. However, ZO turned out to be a truly reliable company. Their responses were quick and professional, and all items arrived safely. A few tins were slightly dented, but nothing was damaged or broken, which is completely understandable considering the long international shipping process.
I will definitely order from ZO again in the future.

Excellent customer service. My package was held by customs and fda for almost 2 weeks and every time I contacted customer support they were very helpful. I would advise to place orders 3 weeks before running out of formula for peace of mind.

I ordered HiPP Goat Formula Stage 1 & 2 from Zen Organic Formula about two months ago. Some of the products were out of stock at the time, but their team kept me updated throughout the whole process and shipped everything as soon as it became available.
I really appreciated their honesty, communication, and efficiency. As a mom, it means a lot to buy from a company that is transparent and reliable, especially when it comes to baby formula. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely order from them again.

I am very disappointed with Zen Organic Formula. I placed an order over 14 days ago and still have not received my item. The delay is completely unacceptable, especially when this is something as important as infant formula.
What is even more frustrating is the customer service. I asked to cancel and get a refund since I could not afford to wait this long and already had to purchase the formula from another source, but I was not helped at all.
I understand the website may offer slightly lower prices, but honestly this is my second child and I have ordered European formula from other companies before and never experienced such a low level of service.
I regret switching to this website just to save a few dollars. Instead, I went through a very stressful situation trying to ensure I could get the formula my baby needs. Now my baby is turning one in two weeks, and I no longer even need the order that was placed 14 days ago—but they still refuse to cancel or refund it.
Very disappointing experience overall.

I’ve been using Zen Organic Formula for quite a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve been consistently reliable.
My first baby was on HiPP formula, and now my second baby is using it as well. Since having my second, I’ve been ordering through Zen Organic Formula, and every experience has been smooth. Shipping is timely, products always arrive in great condition, and I never have to worry about authenticity.

I ordered from this retailer and extremely disappointed
I ordered from this retailer and experienced a significant shipping delay due to the package being held for clearance. I have ordered the same formula other retailers for 6 months, this has never happened with any other company. Despite that, I waited for over a week for the clearance delay to resolve even though I had to rush order another can from other retailer - paying a premium even though the delay was not my error. Zen organic formula only offered a paltry $15 discount off my next order.
When the order arrived, I discovered they sent me an incorrect formula that I can’t use due to my daughter’s allergy. I have been emailing them to resolve this and no response even though the box is untouched and I offered to ship it back the same day it finally delivered (in a damaged outer box nonetheless). Extremely disappointed and will never order from this retailer again - be prepared for delays and meaningless customer service messages that go nowhere.

I never once was worried feeding my baby this formula, this year there were so many formula recalls in the US but never was HIPP recalled! My baby is happy and healthy and strong and I am so grateful for Zen Organic for delivering it to me!
