Very disappointed

I am using it for almost a year. I bought it to enable, set it up and forget about it. Well, it always reminds about itself. You have to switch servers all the time because they are down or very slow. YouTube is unusable with this VPN. Even if you set it to "off" for YT in smart locations, it still works and drastically limiting the speed.

Support is awful. I sent a ticket (#218288) 8 months ago and guess what? I can't even check it because they can't fix the login procedure on their support page. "Application error" on their own site for 8 months. They have one man in the chat Jeric that don't want to admit any issues and transfer it to devs. So forget about improving or fixing issues on this service.

I have to disable this VPN all the time because it's just unusable and turns browsing into a nightmare. Highly not recommend.

Always having connections issues

I agree with previous review.
"Many of their servers don’t work constantly, they get periodically blocked by a majority of websites and after a while they start working again. Of course support says it comes from your connection instead of actually providing a functional service. I guess that’s what you get with a cheap VPN."

Many of their servers don’t work…

Many of their servers don’t work constantly, they get periodically blocked by a majority of websites and after a while they start working again. Of course support says it comes from your connection instead of actually providing a functional service. I guess that’s what you get with a cheap VPN.

Awesome speed

Great speed, great support team !
Basically the app works well with Windows 10 and MacOS now, so if you had troubles before, it's worth to give it another try. You won't be disappointed.
