Zenmate has been very great and awesome ever since I started using it, and I'm enjoying it 😘

zero support, its clear they are not fixing their Mac client application, it won't work, yet they are happy to take a yearly subscription cost! Scammers.

For my needs, working perfectly.

Waste of money. Similar to others, zenmate support did not rectify the problem on mac, service hasn't worked at all for a couple weeks now, has always been patchy, randomly switching off and not telling me. No refund offered, even partial refund, despite the fact that the product fails to do what was promised. No timescale for a fix is given, just a "we are working on it". They are not even willing to say "if it's not fixed by x date, we will issue a refund".

Very vague and unsupportive "support". You need to be willing to refund customers if you can't deliver your service. That is the fair and upright practise. And there is no point replying to bad reviews saying "please get in touch directly". Why? So you can say "no refunds" out of the public eye and away from other potential suckers?

Disconnecting all the time. Impossible to unblock. Customer service say they have a problem "affecting many users"(sic) but they don't know when they'll be able to fix it ! Meantime, ZM useless to me but refund not allowed (conditions of sale ref.) even though software useless !!! (Note: works ok on my IOS). Unfair I think to reject refund while software unoperative (on desktop)

Zenmate's Danish server is actually a Swedish server.
Get it right or don't offer it.
For other locations, it works great, but it seems to be quite unstable, with no notification when you have been disconnected.
My experience is based on daily use over the past 4 month or so.

Stable, more features, support for different OS and browsers

NETWORK SECURITY
Although Zenmate.com provide an effective VPN. The service relies on:
1 Turning on hosted networks
2 Using a proxy service
3 Using Wi-Fi Direct
These three Net work permissions combine to provide a breach of User Privacy and overall network security.

My Zenmate was not working then I'm asked help from zenmate customer support services and they helped me. Now my Zenmate is working, I'm satisfied with their services. Thanks Zenmate

ZenMate was blocked in Russia so I got the refund for my 3-year subscription. Before vpn servers were blocked, ZenMate had been working good both as Chrome extension & phone app.

Excellent service... there were problems with performance in my country, which I found out about after buying a subscription. The technical support team very quickly helped to solve the problem and returned the money spent. For which they have a special respect. As soon as the problems with working capacity in my country are solved, I will definitely use this service again.

No warning before charging for ‘auto renewal’.

I had this last year on an old device but have not used it since that device broke in June. Instead of sending an email notifying me of auto renewal, which any reputable company would, they’ve just charged me and refuse to give me a refund. I know they’ve received my refund request because I was sent an email cancelling the subscription.

I like it, although some places like France are so slow in comparison to those in Germany, for example. Other than that this VPN is pretty good, actually.

My zenmate kept turning off by itself. Customer service was quick to offer solution that was easy to implement
