This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a designer bag from this company and the best item yet! Pricing was lower than I could buy the same LV bag in North America for, and the condition was nearly pristine, & even better than i was expecting. It was beautifully and carefully packaged. And while this bag seemed to take the longest to get here at just over 3 weeks from purchase date to delivery (under 2 weeks both previous times), it was well worth the wait! I would definitely recommend this company!

I made my first purchase from zenluxe last week and already received my bag. It was a beautiful Louis Vuitton epi speedy 25. It was even better than pictured and the price for the condition was the best I could find online.Customer service was excellent. They kept me informed through each step of the process. This place scammed me
This place scammed me. I ordered and paid for a bag, my money was taken out of my account and I got my order confirmation. A day later I received an email saying my order was cancelled as the item was never in stock. Why would you have something displayed for sale if it was out of stock? Then finally I received my “refund” which wasn’t even the correct amount. They left me short money to top everything off with no explanation. An absolute disgrace. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed and have your hard earned money stolen off you.

Was delighted to discover ZenLuxe since I regretted not having had the time or awareness to shop while on my trip to Japan. It's the only place I would consider buying preloved from.
They are an online marketplace and have a huge selection from local luxury resellers. This brings so much choice from all over the country onto one platform which makes the process of shopping effortless and enjoyable.
Their site has a clean and calming aesthetic which makes browsing a pleasant experience.
I've made a couple of purchases and have been more than happy with them. Shipping is quick and items are well packed. There is something for every taste and budget and all items are certified with a 30 day return policy. Every package arrives with a discount coupon for your next purchase which is a nice gesture!
What sets them apart though is their quick and efficient customer support team which is always available for any queries big or small. This builds customer confidence. cultivates loyalty and trust and reflects the ethos of the company.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the pictures and description of the items are not always precise or detailed enough to make a decision, especially for international buyers who would find it harder to return items after having paid import duties and taxes.
This is the only thing that needs to be worked on which would then make it totally deserving of 5 stars !

Customer service on another level
Products are exactly as described. I’ve made three seperate purchases and none have disappointed. If there is a scratch or defect on a product, a photo will be taken to show it clearly so you can be satisfied that what you see is what you get. My last purchase came with a worldwide recognised certificate of authenticity and the customer service I received when provide the certificate was simply amazing. The team are fantastic and make you feel as though you are their most important customer. Shipping is fast and they are careful to protect the item (even if it’s solid silver). I absolutely recommend purchasing from this store.

My new favourite obsession
My new favourite obsession. I ordered an LV mini pochette from Zenluxe 2 weeks ago. You cannot get this mini pochette anymore in the model I got , it is an '08 model Im almost sure. The bag is in immaculate condition. From start to finish zenluxe were incredible. From answering any queries or questions I had , to emailing me updates to what stage the parcel was at after they posted it. It took 2 weeks to get from zenluxe to me in Ireland. There was a custom charge , which I didn't mind paying as this little bag is currently €620 online and I got it for €310 so I was delighted with that savings. I will 100% purchase from zenluxe again. I go on every night to have a browse. Thank you very much.
