Thank God that there are still people who do not hesitate to help others and I would like to say with respect that Mr. Chris Tipler is one of these people. Some time ago, I was issued a fine by mistake, and by contacting Mr. Chris Tipler and stating the reason for the mistake, I asked him for help to follow up to correct this mistake. Fortunately, this mistake was resolved by his action and I am very grateful for his help!

Zenith are a new management company for our building following a RTM takeover. They are a total contrast to the previous abysmal managing agent ( EMS ). James and Leah have been exceptionally helpful along with our new property manager Alma. My dealings today by email with Alex and Jac have been pleasant and efficient. Impressed so far and would highly recommend, especially if you are thinking of doing RTM.

I needed my fob reprogrammed urgently and Chris has been so helpful. He was very professional and provided me with a quick solution. He sorted the issue and posted a new fob straight away. Thank you once again.
