Grace at Zendure was responsive and professional. I was disappointed that my £48 battery pack had completely stopped working after only 3 months. (I paid that much bc NYT Wirecutter rated the product so highly.) Grace/Zendure honoured the warranty and sent a replacement within a week of my being in touch about the problem. Graces communication was always clear and prompt. Hopefully this one will be top quality as hoped.

Very happy with the product, everything seems works out of the box. however did not upgraded the latest firmware yet, until i have tested all it is fully functional. I can say it is a very good product.

Hands down. Great brand, great support. I've had a technical problem with a powerbank. The support helped me to diagnose the issue and then they replaced the product with a new one, shipped directly from Amazon. Special thanks to Grace.

Great units. I have 2 sbv 4600 they quite ac charging. Suppor5 fixed my issue. Only complaint I have is sometimes it takes a while to get a response but in the end I got 2 working units now so I'm happy

Supported their Kickstarter for Passport 2, loved it and bought many more of their next Passport 3. After daily using it, something went wrong and the Passport 3 stopped working. Reached out to Support and Jamie kindly walked me through the Warranty Replacement process. After sharing the video of it not working, Jamie immediately put in a delivery of the Replacement and it arrived in just over a week. Great customer service.

The customer service was responsive and knowledgeable. Ended up sending me a replacement after advising on different actions to take. The whole transaction was relatively painless.

I had just purchased and received the Passport III Universal (Global) Travel adapter. I had a question regarding the usage of one of the USB-C ports. I submitted my question to their customer support center via e-mail. I received an answer within 48 hours answering my question and also providing additional information. First time with Zendure - excellent support.

Trying to have a refund 3000$ for 3 months. each time i contacted them they tells me that they already sent it without providing proves. I am tired of trying to get my money back

This battery holds quite a charge, can charge my phone twice when full. It stopped working 8 months after I purchased, but they fulfilled the warranty very quickly and sent me a replacement for free.

I'm thankful and pleased that I have received my SBV 4600 + battery about a week ago. I haven't installed it or used it yet, because l'm a little concerned about the firmware updates (and others having problems on which versions). I asked for and quickly received my MCA series cable (female) plugs, but they don't match the XT90 (also female) plugs to my 3 - 1000 watt solar panels (bought separately). So I can't use Solar for now.

The display on my SBP2000 went blank when trying to use the unit recently, and I was having difficulty pairing it to my phone through the Zendure app.
Selma from Customer Support walked me through the hard reset process and unpaired my SBP from an old account I apparently had before so I could set up anew.
Her patience and persistence with me was exceptional.

Got my SBV4600 About a month ago. Had Issue with the firmware, unit would not charge and was at 0v. Went back and forth with Larry in customer service via email. Could not get it to work. We had a Zoom meeting and via the Wifi on the unit, was able reset the firmware and got the unit back operational. Downloaded the firmware. Unit is working properly as advertise. Super happy with the customer service provided. Thank you all.

After one of my two Supertabnk Pro Powerbanks stopped working, I contacted the support department and everything was resolved within a few days.
I am now a satisfied customer again and recommend the Zendura brand wherever I can.

The SBV is an excellent product and they keep their promises on delivery. Also the service is very fast and helpful to fix the problem as soon as possible - very customer oriented!

Customer service was responsive to shipping updates. Once arrived boxing was clever,safe and extraordinarily made for us and ease of removal. The v4600 and satellite battery are made well, designed well, and have been charging 2.33kw, and discharging into a heat pump daily. Really cutting down the use of the whole house hvac, while giving security of several to 9 kw in case of down grid. Self moving and tricked out lighting for kicks. Little loud, and no input pv cable so 4.8 out of 5 star, but if in market for a big solar battery, I'd look at zendure for sure.

I love Zendure products, but I love their customer service EVEN MORE! When I need power on the go, Zendure is who I will always turn to!

Just received my Superbase Pro 2000.

O bright it by crowd founding and after some transportation confusions I received it in good conditions.
The help desk was super supportive and answered fast.

I bought a Zendure Supermini 10,000mAh portable power bank when there was a big rebate, and was very happy with it. Great small form factor, rapid charging. Cool. Then one day I charged my iPad Pro with it and took the battery all the way to zero. After that, it would not take a charge no matter what I did. Zendure support offered a number of suggestions to fix the issue but unfortunately none of them worked. After that, they arranged to have Amazon send me a replacement, which arrived in a few days. Responses never took more than 24 hours. Very good customer experience!

Bought the supertank pro through Amazon. Great product, quick to charge and can fully recharge my MacBook Pro!!
Had an issue with the display screen and contacted zendure through their website. After a brief email exchange to explain and demonstrate the issue, the product was replaced.( within warranty).
