This order was paid for about 30 days ago and is still being processed. Your support line has not answered the phone to discuss and provide updates. Now the support email has been seemingly deactivated? We have spoken to sales several times requesting to speak to a manager who seems to always be too busy to address the issue. We even requested a refund 14 days ago that was ignored. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered panels and they still hadn't shipped 3 months later. At first they would provide a different excuse each time I called and told me it would be another 2 to 4 weeks. Towards the end of the 3 months they stopped responding to emails and would hang up when called. I requested a refund(had to use an online chat) and they said they were processing it. Eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank when they wouldn't process the refund.

Order panels 2 months ago. Getting no response to emails. Phone disconnects everything I call. Hoping for a refund. Who knows.

I ordered SolarEdge backup interfaces from them about three months ago; these interfaces have been difficult to find and they were transparent with the fact that they might take awhile to be shipped. When I found them available from another vendor, they processed a refund quickly and with little work on my end. I appreciate this as I've had a quite different experience from another vendor.

Zendo solar is at worst a nonfunctional scam company and at best a bait and switch operation. I had placed my order on August 25th with 2 weeks delivery date. 4 weeks later and nothing but excuses. I found out that there was a minimum order which they did not disclose. So I purchased an extra six solar panels i did not need to meet that requirement. Again delivery date was to be 2 weeks later. A month gone by and nothing but more excuses . So I was forced to cancel the order and a month later the money paid had not been refunded. There phone # listed will ring and transfer you to different departments that puts you on hold for 2 to 3 minutes and hangs up on you.
After canceling my order I went on their chat website and placed the same order under a different name they were happy to take my order at the same terms of delivery as before but the price was three times the ammount of the first order.
I spoke with Benny breaking, and Chase in sales on the phone very pleasant people but absolutely powerless in resolving or achieving any results. My experience tells me to stay away from this company because if it looks like scam, smells like scam it is a SCAM.

Ordering was fine. It is 4 weeks and item has not been shipped. Looked up the company location on google maps and found the TexasCity address to be a shopping mall, the Dallas address is an insurance office. Regretfully I think this is a scam.

I tried to buy a couple of batteries and was told that they had them in stock still. After I placed the order I had to constantly ask when they would be shipped. After waiting and asking about the order for 11 days and being assured that they would ship today, still nothing. I cancelled my order. I'm starting to think this is some sort of scam. Beware.

This site was published 1 week ago. It is a scam. They ask to wire money and never ship products!!!! BEWARE!!!

I had an amazing experience with Zendo Solar. Worth mentioning that Angela from support was very helpful. Although I had a small order from their site, they were able to ship out same day. Their pricee was a lot lower than any other sites I saw!

I saw your ad on Instagram and got curious. I clicked the link because I was looking for some EG4 units for my custom storage setup. I also charge my EV there.Thanks for the fast shipping! I got two delivered to California in less than a week. I asked support a few questions before I ordered, just to make sure they had what I needed. They replied in a few hours. That was great!! 🙏 I would tell everyone to use Zendo Solar. Thank you!

Customer service was great, and my panels were delivered within three days. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a solar distributor.
