I've read about cold water therapy and thought I'd look into it, I've suffered with PTSD for a long time and I wanted to help me get motivated on a morning and set me up for the day. The bath came in a lovely compact box with plenty of information in the box. it tells you how to clean the bath and what to do getting in and out of the bath.. you also get a packet of bath salts to keep the water ultra clean.
