was actually surprised at how fast it was delivered before christmas, will definitely be looking at other stuff to buy in the future.

They send what they like not what you’ve ordered 3 days before Christmas sent the wrong order wrong size avoid at all cost then you can’t get hold of them absolute joke of a service .edit. Then have the cheek to ask for more information when that are the ones who blanked most messages on Instagram like I said previously disgusting service only reply when they get a bad review AVOID At all cost the worst customer service I’ve ever come across

Anyone who knows me knows that I buy my gifts for Xmas with plenty of time however with two days left before Xmas Zenchii has let me down still not responding to whether these gifts will arrive purchased on the 2nd of November and now I have a child without a gift as didn’t wait for the black Friday sale and brought a non refundable personalised chain. £210 had. I hope this company looses custom as to do this to anyone at this time of year is appalling!!!!
