Just reading the description of what it does should tell anyone it's a scam.
ISP "throttling" doesn't work the way they describe, it would have nothing to do with if your devices can or cannot see or connect to your wifi and would have nothing to do with dead spots in your home.
So from the get go you know they're lying to you.
If you are having trouble with coverage in your home or devices not connecting, go down to your local electronics shop and ask about a) a wifi extender and b) their return policy. That way, if it works, great, if it doesn't work, easy return.
Scam and a piece of junk!! BEWARE!!!!
In order to write this review I had to give it a star. If it were possible, I would have given it a negative star. It does absolutely nothing! Furthermore, I have been trying to get a refund and take advantage of the 30-day money back guarantee and I just keep getting the runaround by their customer service reps. At this point, it is not about the money but the principle of honoring what they have posted on their website. I have filled several complaints and a dispute with PayPal which is where I placed my order. It is not fair and very bad business to say they have a money back guarantee that they have no intention of honoring.
I bought 2 of these for $70
I bought 2 of these for $70. Doesn’t do anything for your speed! Emailed company for a refund and went round and round with them. It wasn’t pretty!! But i did get back $52. It took a few months but I didn’t give up! These weren’t the reviews i saw when ordering. They were all very positive. Wish i had seen these!
There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NONE of the links given for support or customer deals works! Total sham/scam. Glad I only tried 1 unit first!
This is a scam business
This is a scam business. Bought these 4 zenboosters thinking I was solving an internet issue in our home and got the product that did not work. Tried to return them for the money back guarantee and could not find a support website that worked!
Total fraud...shame on PayPal for allowing these kind of operations to dupe the public through their business.
Zen Booster is a Fraud
Yes , all the reviews below and above are correct. The Zen Booster is trash. I tried it. I connected up per the instructions, had it connect to my 2g/5g router, and it seemed really slow to respond. And then I also saw only one device would connect to it at a time. I ran speed tests. My regular router on 2g was 45 Mps, thru the Zen Booster it was 15 Mps. It was a consistant 15 Mps. Now I will try to get a refund , but from what others are saying I got a snowballs chance in hell.
Shame on me for falling for this bs .
Why didn't I lookup these reviews before buying two worthless pieces of *&$#! From this scam company !!! Shame on me , and then there's the Merry-go-round joke called Customer service. Please include me in the class action law suit . Where is the Law by the way 🤔 ?
I'm rating Zen Booster as a SCAM.
I'm rating Zen Booster as less the one star. They are not working with me. I have received two computer generated responses stating they will get back to me with a response, which is a delay tactic as they know it is a way to run out the clock with a time sensitive process for PayPal to review, research and make a determination. I have researched the internet and found that many others have received this same "junk" and did not receive technical support and were completely dissatisfied with the product as it does NOT work. I am asking PayPal for there support and research to validate this sellers product and provide a refund and also rate this seller as a scammer so other buyers do not have this same issue. Please stop this seller from stealing from myself and others. Thank you.
ZERO stars if that was possible
ZERO stars if that was possible. This company is a total scam and a joke! Do NOT waste your money. I had recently purchased one of these devices and then after the purchase changed my mind. I tried to cancel the order the same day and they claimed they cannot do that and the item must arrive before they can begin to undo the order. They asked if I wanted 25 percent off instead of returning. No other legit company would say something like that. After the item arrived I initiated contact again with them. There are no phone numbers to call, you only end up dealing with people on e-mail that are totally unwilling to help. I pointed out there website claims to have a 100 percent no questions asked guarantee. Every time someone finally got around to e-mailing me back it was a total stall game. They kept asking me stupid questions like how did I try to set the item up, what modem do I have, which internet service provider. I explained multiple times I only wanted to return the product and never tried to install it. All I got was the runaround, NO REFUND. After I finally had enough of wasting my time, I informed them I would be reporting their fraudulent practices and would be detailing my experience with others online, they cut off all communication. Haven't heard from them since and still out $40.00. A good class action suit sounds totally appropriate for this lousy company.
Biggest piece of junk I've ever purchased
Biggest piece of junk I've ever purchase... and to make matters worse I bought two.
My Wi-Fi never improved and trying to get a hold of them for a refund is like finding a ghost.

Don't buy this junk!!!
I checked reviews before buying 2 of these pieces of junk. I tried contacting customer service. What a joke. They don't have customer service. Anybody thinking about starting a class action lawsuit can include me. I believe all the reviews I saw were all manufactured by Shevat!
worst customer service I have ever had…
worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Having to now dispute the transaction and get bank involved. They are a corrupt company that should be closed down.
Zen Booster is not a…
Shevat Ltd is not a reliable company nor is ZenBooster a good product. I am surprised that PayPal represents this company by allowing customers to pay for the item via their website. I tried to cancel the order before it was completed, I got no response until the transaction was complete, and then I was told it was too late despite the fact it had not been shipped. Now I am trying to return the item and am getting a run around from Shevat, and told they have to know exactly why I want to return it including pictures etc. dispite their claim that you must be 100% satisfied!! Beware! Dont assume because PayPal is a means to pay, that the company is trust worthy, let alone that the product works. The references to CNN and other well know names are deceiving and appear to reference another company with the word "zen" in the name. Check it out, I cant imagine anyone being happy with this product. I am in on class action too!
Product did work as advertised try…
Product did work as advertised try returning for money back garantee with no success phone number provided doesn't work, website customer service have sent emails and request reply from customer service site with no luck. Thinking this is a very unreliable company.
Biggest piece of junk on the market
Biggest piece of junk on the market. Phony as a 3 dollar bill. All it does is take 2.4 gigahertz and take it up to 5 gigahertz. Customer support is non existent. Headquarters in England. Support website useless as boobs on a boar. They send your emails that just go in circles.
IT'S A SCAM - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I order one wi-fi booster for $39.95 and was billed for three at $99.95. Tried to cancel immediately after ordering and they refused. Then they offered me a 35% discount, which I rejected because I wanted to receive the product first and see if not worked as advertised. The only way to deal with customer service is by e-mail, since they are in the U.K. In my experience they did respond to e-mails. They tried at least 6-8 times to make the booster work after I told them it didn't work and I wanted a refund. In addition to not working the booster had a very weak security system. I requested their Return Merchandise Authorization form with address at least 10 times because the booster did not work and has weak security without success.
I finally gave them a deadline to authorize the return and provide me with an address which they failed to do. The product was returned by USPS Priority mail with a tracking number. hey were mailed to:
Shevat Limited 12085
Donaldson Road Center
1390 Donaldson Rd, Bay H
Erlanger, KY 41018
The USPS tracking ends at Cincinnati, OH 45235 on 2/1/21 at 6:07AM. Shevat stated their mailing address is Erlanger, KY and somehow the package was delivered to Cincinnati, OH, therefore they did not receive it. In reviewing the tracking, it did arrive at the Erlanger, KY USPS on 2/1/21 at 1:40AM and sent to the USPS Central Distribution Center in Cincinnati, OH 45235. I spoke to two postal employees in Erlanger, KY, Adam (859-426-7071) on 2/3/21 and Steve on 2/4/21. Due to the volume of mail that goes to this location, some 70,000 packages per week, the packages were scanned in Cincinnati which is 7 miles away. A firm book was created that allows the USPS up to 500 items and they were all scanned delivered 2/1/21 at 6:01AM and delivered by tractor-trailer to Easy Ship, eBay, Shevat and others. This a very large warehouse area. EBay uses this location for their international shipping. Per the two postal employees my package was delivered on 2/1/21 along with the other packages on the semi-trailer.
Shevat is denying receiving the boosters and that is the reason why they will not refund my $99.95. In reviewing the complaints against this company, this denial of receipt is one of the standard ways of rejecting refunds. One person went as far as sending the boosters back to the parent company in the United Kingdom. Even in the U.K. the company stated they never received the return. The U.K. address is:
Shevat Limited
Oakfield House, Bollington Lane
Nether Alderley, Cheshire
England SK10 4TB
In conclusion Shevat claims satisfaction guaranteed or your money back with easy returns. In reviews all the comments about this company I have not found one easy return where the buyer got his money back. This is false and misleading advertising and when you get down to it, it is a scam.

Don't waste your money
Drastically reduced WIFI speeds
Customer Service is absolutely terrible
I put in a claim with my CC company after 2 weeks of trying to return the units
Worst Customer Service ever!!!! 2 months and sitll waiting for refund
Worst Customer Service ever!!!!! - Requested a full refund 7 times via email. Kept getting stupid offers of a partial refund. Last request they wanted pictures of the item and packaging prior to "approving" a refund after stating they really did not want the product back.
Have been waiting over 1 month to process a 90% refund (they "Gaurantee 100% satisfaction or a FULL Refund") guess the Gaurantee means NOTHING!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! - There are other companies out there offering a better WiFi extension device that provides much better customer service
I should have looked here first as it looksl iek I am not the only one
Horrible customer service!!!!
Horrible, terrible, non-existent customer service. Do not buy from this company!
