I had an ordeal with fraudulent…
I had an ordeal with fraudulent transactions and even though ive had to wait for the investigation to process to find out if I get my refund due to bad health and hospital appointment they were very pleased with no hesitation to give a good will gesture payment to cover my phone call of £10 which i thought was very good of them amd it helped cover my transport to my appointment. since ive been with zempler they have always been happy to help in any issues and problems. very happy.
