My company grew too big for a previous system (we had different systems for holiday, payroll, expenses) and moved to Zelt. It's mediocre. Not terrible, but also doesn't in my mind earn the five star reviews.

It's a classic do all of the things and don't do any of them particularly well. I appreciate that I'm coming from a series of platforms that were laser focussed on one thing and as a result excelled at it. But it's quite a backwards jump in usability.

The holiday section is particularly bad - which is a shame as it's the one I use most often. Despite me using it frequently I typically have to search through three different views before I find what I'm looking for (team/me are particularly badly named - team actually seems to be my reports and myself whilst 'me' is where I can find all of my colleagues). For some reason "new request" is not in the hopeful looking "Actions" drop down which is reserved for calendar integrations which I've not managed to get to behave in the way I want (a custom set of people's holidays).

It's serviceable - but they could really do with getting some skilled UX people involved to rethink the pages based on typical user journeys to make it something that people actually want to use than merely have to tolerate.

Zelt is a great all in one platform. It makes onboarding employees such an easy process: setup, device management, employee leave, payroll management etc. It's a valuable tool for any fast growing startup!

I start using Zelt only a couple of months ago and so far the experience has been GREAT! The platform is super friendly and intuitive. I'd definitely recommend it!

The employee onboarding on Zelt is a breeze and the information always easy to find. The Slack integration works well for reminders. The Zelt team has also be very helpful when we had general questions about payslips/tax.
