Very knowledgable, thinking outside the box, flexible and always going the extra mile, what else could you ask for? I had a fairly non-standard, multiphased project as part of a broader renovation, and the electrical/solar/battery side has definitelly been a highlight of the whole journey. Thank you Nathan!

We hired Zela Solutions to complete a full rewire of our 3-bed house, and we are incredibly happy with the results. Nathan, George and the team were accommodating, supportive and gave expert advice to aid our decision-making throughout the rewire. Zela went above and beyond to ensure the rewire was fit-for-purpose, and despite delays our side due to other building works going on, the team were understanding and flexible to suit our needs. I recently hired Zela Solutions for a couple of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) & was impressed with the service provided. Nathan and Zelda solutions saved my families Christmas.
On Christmas Eve my wife and I smelt a fish like smell coming from our fuse box turns out it was over heating and very close to a fire. We used my job quote to find an emergency electrician. We had a few reply but Nathan was the most helpful and made himself available within a couple hours. He delayed family plans of his own to help us. We didn’t find the fault until around 1pm so by the time we booked him we were losing light. He worked tirelessly replacing our old outdated fuse box with a new state of the art one in the dark and cold.
Still thankful to this day!

Update: Since posting this review, I have been contacted by Zela Solutions threatening legal action.

Hired Zela Solutions to rewire my flat. I moved out for two weeks to allow the works to take place. One week in there had been no progress and no communication about the delay.

Following further exchanges, the rewire was eventually completed. However, several issues became apparent after payment.

The bathroom extractor fan allows water ingress during rain and is draughty. Ethernet cabling has been run in close proximity to power cabling. One of the fire alarm interlinks is not working.

Sockets are installed unevenly or at varying depths and appear to require adjustment to sit flush with the plaster. Several unnecessary chases were also made in the walls.

I raised some of these issues. My most recent messages have not received a response.

Separately, an offensive and personal drawing directed at me was left on the wall of the property during the works. I had been documenting progress of the property throughout the rewire, and captured timestamped images of the wall before and shortly after the drawing appeared.

I would strongly recommend considering alternatives.

Zela are an excellent team; I asked for an off brand (2-port) charger to be installed. A national company passed on that. Zela did not flinch. We signed up to a relatively messy install, through a few walls and the w/c, but Nathan, our installer, saw a better way and turned it into a neat and almost cable free install with a passthrough from the meter directly to the garage behind it. It was neat but not easy… he had to battle to make it fit into a small space, rewiring a mess left by the energy provider to find room for the unit. Most installers would not have gone the extra mile. Also, they clearly know their business, front to back.

Have had great service from Nathan both installing EV charger and some other work around the house. The price was reasonable and a lot of care was taken

Nathan resolved all the jobs I required, a light fitted outside by my front door and the extractor fan ducting outside, and correcting the light bulb in the shower unit so the light now comes on when one presses the start button as this previously did not happen. The double wall light in the sitting room was checked.
I had accidentally switched off the electrical supply to my boiler in the airing cupboard which was my mistake the evening before he came and was without heating and not water. He told me the true facts. He's honest and competent and I recommend Nathan and I'll contact him again should I need any more work carried by in the future.

Massive thanks to these guys for coming to assess, quote and fit our outdoor plug in less than a week and a week before Christmas! Polite and friendly guys, the job was done in less than an hour and with 2 nosy toddlers and 2 kittens hanging around! Will 100% ask them back for future work

George and his team is always prompt in their response and they provide excellent value for money. I’ve had my fuse box replaced, an extractor fan installed and various electrical testing for certification in the past two years. The work is of a very high standard and they are my go too for anything electric.
