SCAM SITE!!
SCAM SITE!!! - No option to cancel subscription. I clicked cancel and instead of cancelling it 'downgraded' my plan and took more money out of my account. I spoke to customer support and they won't cancel my subscription either, only interested in upselling!

Not a good experience
Not a good experience! From the products to the attempt to cancel, my experience was not a good one. The UGC product was subpar. The talking avatar's mouth twisted and could not pronounce simple words. An image set during the American Revolutionary War period included a 1920s-era car. Canceling was a nightmare. I followed their procedure and was still charged. Never heard from customer service. Had to call the bank.
