It seems we have to pay no matter the quality..... If your side messes up too bad for us.. we still lose credits...no way to tell until its done.... its basically a scam since most are going to need to be redone...

NO MORE "Template Ad" Catagory
When I signed up they had a "Template Ad" catagory, you could use your own images and have Zeely place verbage / copy over the original images.
It was easy and simple, I love using alot of my images in my library, (alot of people do not like the feel of all AI generated images)

There is no way to replace an image when editing, you have to regenerate and hope it comes close, waste of time and credits!!

I signed up expecting a $19.95 two-week…
I signed up expecting a $19.95 two-week trial, but before the trial period even ended, my business account was charged multiple times: $29.69 and $59.46 on 21 June 2026, then $121.01 on 3 July 2026 — total $210.16 AUD.
This was completely unexpected and not what I understood I was agreeing to. Support offered only a partial refund, which I do not accept. I’ve requested cancellation and a full refund. Very disappointing experience.
