I live my glasses. Affordable and nice!

Zeelool made my new eyeglass purchase easy. The price was right. The prescription was perfect. The time from selection/ purchase to delivery was great. I have made multiple purchases and never disappointed by any.

You guys have messed up my order 3 times now. I called and after being on hold for 40 mins I spoke to someone and then my call got disconnected. No call back or anything. I called back and i'm on hold again 22 minutes and counting. I thought maybe it would be faster to contact y'all through the chat service and told to wait for an agent. You guys then disconnected my chat because of no activity in the chat! I was waiting for the agent to come on!! Horrible customer service!

Really impressed with the process. Was the best (more affordable) online seller I found to judge shape and size before purchase. I was able to order my specific prescription and, thinking I would be better suited to a narrow fit based on sunglasses (as this was my first prescription), the size guides were so helpful. Although I did anticipate a long delivery time, it was half the time. It is also handy glasses come with PD ruler for future purchases. Really love the colour, style and weight! Will definitely be back for a second / back up pair.

Got both pairs of glasses and they are great as usual. Top of the line work and frames. Great job ZEELOOL.

I love the quality but it took a little longer to receive my order then I expected.

On time delivery.

I love the way they look on me but everything I look at is sitting at an angle. Tried signing a piece of paper and I had to take the glasses off to be able to. The script is wrong. I will be returning them. Hopefully to be fixed.

The glasses frames were better than I expected!

The order process is very simple and they walk you through everything. The quality of the frames and the lenses and what you get for the price is amazing. What you pay for glasses in the box stores compared to Zeelool is not even close. I can get 3 or 4 complete pairs of glasses from Zeelool for the price of one from the local box stores. The delivery was fast and efficient. I've already brought a second pair and might get a third.

The glasses are too small :( but the quality is good just cant wear them

HORRIBLE
Frames delivered with a wide band of a contrasting hue which was subtle enough to not show online. They arrived looking different than pictured online..
I started the return process but have not received any communication from the company not a return authorization.
Weeks are going by. I have tried reaching out three times. I still have these frames have never worn them and want to return them and get a refund. It looks like I will have to take the time to escalate this through my insurance or my credit card company. Absolutely not worth the hassle. The frames look very cheap in person.
