Therapists were all fantastic

Therapists were all fantastic! ZEEL was easy to use and price was competitive. As a bonus, I did have some changes I needed to make and was able to contact support through email and easily make my changes.

We booked an event today for Nurse Appreciation

We booked an event today for the end of nurse appreciation week and no one showed up. We contacted customer service and were told that if they couldn't find a therapist that the event would cancel and we wouldn't be charged. Seriously? What happened to calling to let us know this? Unbelievable!

Fraud

Continuously cancelled appointments, so I cancelled my membership and got a refund, then several months later y'all hit my account again. I'm going to the state attorney general and filling fraud. This is wrong y'all never fulfilled your end of the agreement but I still have to pay. You are wrong and this is a fraud and a scam.

13 years massage therapy experience I signed back with zeel, I try accepting appointments but they don't give them to me they either cancel them or they get their policy is they give them to the highest rating therapist that takes them you can't get any ratings if you can't get any appointments I've done 18 appointments with these people. From it sounds like whoever purchased you has has destroyed its name

Cancellations twice, my hopes they've swept,
Poor service rendered, no solace found,
With empty promises that they abound.

They've kept billing me for three…

They've kept billing me for three months after I canceled. Yes, I met the terms and conditions before canceling. I canceled my account through their web-site twice. I have also sent an email and tried to call, but their number didn't connect. The email told me to go through the website; however, I no longer have access to the website as my account was canceled. Now I have to go through the hassle with my credit card to stop them from ripping me off.

I was grossly overbilled for my…

I was grossly overbilled for my service. I received a gift card and the amount was $4 short. So, I authorized $4 on my own personal credit card. After getting the massage, I discovered I was billed $144 on my own personal credit card. This is a huge overbilling for the service. When I reached out to them on chat they responded to say I'd need to wait for an email for follow-up.

The service was for couples massage and both therapists were on time, did a good job, but talked a lot. I won't be using the service again especially after being grossly over charged. There is no phone number you can call to resolve your issues and now I just have to hope they'll make it right.

Absolutely horrible...feels like I got…

Absolutely horrible...feels like I got scammed! Therapist was a no show and nobody reached out to let me know about this! They still charged my card before the appointment time as well when they state that they don't charge until after rendered services.

I'm a massage therapist with 20 years of experience. With no explanation they have not allowed me to advertise my service on their platform.
Judging by the already low review score, I might be better off.

I guess in theory this company sounds…

I guess in theory this company sounds good, but unfortunately, the reality is it’s so unorganized and absolutely a waste of money and time. They don’t show reviews for therapists coming into YOUR home, they also allow therapists to cancel within minutes of your massage…. It’s absolutely absurd. Will never attempt to use this service again.

My husband and I had two providers…

My husband and I had two providers bring tables and come to our home for a 90 minute couples massage. We live in Scottsdale, AZ. The two providers who showed up were on time and very professional. They set up their tables very nicely, offered us customized aromatherapy, our choice of music, and left the room for us to undress and lie down. The gentleman (David) who massage me was fantastic. My husband said his therapist (Raine) was also top-notch.
After the massage they packed up efficiently and left. It was everything we hoped for. We were relaxed and we got a great night of sleep.

Please read this customers and MTS!! Their taking your tips!!! They legit take all the massage therapists tips!!! I had seen people get charged $149 and they tip me $26.00 total payout-$175, I understand that some money has to been taken off to pay their staffs and supports but NOT YOUR TIPS!!! And somehow my pay is $100 it supposed to be $126.00!!!! Massage therapists make an anon booking!! Please make a anon customer account and put your email(random email) and a random address put all the duration 60-75 and 90 minutes and look all their prices including their 12 month commitment you still are getting paid WAY LESS than all their payment plans options even for the lowest prices which is in my state $89.00 for a 60 minutes with the 12 month commitment and we getting paid $70 for a 60 minutes plus we supposed to get a $19.62 tips!!! Payout total $128.62!! Why we are getting paid $70 on top of that with tips """included"""?!!!! I had a call from this manner because i complained and they BS lied me the lady said that is their "base" payment their "base payment" is a $63 for 60 minutes $87 for 75 minutes and $66 for a 90 minutes (why the 75 minutes is more expensive than the 90 minutes?!) And she even said if you subtract the payment that you get without your tips you will see how much is your massage in total, I said ok can I see your "base payment" plans? She said "oh we do not show that in public" I wonder why???? Then I end up doing the calculation and apparently my payment is $53 for a 60 minutes massage?!!! And then the tips it makes it $70?!! Even all the tips are legit different numbers and still count as $70?!! Not saying that i had one time a 60 minutes and a $40 tips and it counted and is the same $70 i supposed to get $110!! Think about it why all the payments are the same despise apparently all the tips are included and all are different tips numbers you can even see it when you charge your client at the end of the session! And all my 60 minutes were different tips prices how the f is still $70?!!! Also the lady just said random "base payments" prices they got even their "base payments"prices super wrong, and they were trying hide their "base payment" you know why? BECAUSE IS A LIE!!!! You want to see their real prices??? Like I said do an anon account and email random address and you will see their payments!!! Look all of them 60 minutes 75 and 90 minutes legit all your payments are WAYYY LESS from their payment plans you are legit making them around $40-100 for the staff!!!! Your tips are not included why you think if the client wants to tip they tell you, YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM that the client wants to tip you extra TO STEAL YOU MORE!!! customers if your seeing this they are stealing your tips!!! Massage therapists if your seeing this they are also stealing your hard earned tips!!! If you get a call from support they will BS lie to you!!! My call was talking about their non existing "base payments" that got it super wrong even inventing a fake number she even told me you dont have to calculate the price because the tip is included that BS no matter how much tips you get is the same pay!!! They stealing everyone's tips i am reporting this to the BBB i need more reports and support with this manner!!! Stealing and lying is super wrong and corrupted both parties the massage therapists and customers!! They been doing this for years!!! Also I understand that the payment is different between state and location but trust me this also goes all the states and locations just different prices your tips are still being stolen!!!

I signed up for this service expecting…

I signed up for this service expecting that I will be serviced since the took my credit card. I received notice that there were no therapist in my area. Ok I tried again months later, same issue. I tried again months later, same issue again. I asked for a refund and they state that they will credit my account. I stated that I do not need a credit to sit in a place that cannot service me!!! Needless to say they will not refund you for their scam service. I see that they always do this after reading other reviews. This is a scam service . Please save your time and money. I can offer a company called Soothe. I had no issues with them at all here in Atlanta. May the owner of this site and the knuckle heads that work with them all rot!@

Therapist No Show

We had a confirmed 3:00 PM appointment for two 90 minute massages with ZEEL therapist Christine Storms. Zeel sent text reminders an instructed us how to prepare.

Christine never showed up, never contacted us to cancel and never responded to text messages sent through the Zeel app.
We waisted our afternoon.

If there was a way to give negative…

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would use it. I am in Atlanta and booked an appointment in early July for July 13. I received a confirmation and then 1.5 hours before the appt, the therapist cancels. I was very disappointed but thought it was a random incident. But I booked an appt 2 days ago for today July 24 and 1 hour before the appointment, the therapist cancels again- a different therapist this time. DO NOT USE this service. It causes more stress that you will end up needing even more massages from a REAL MASSAGE STUDIO/SPA.

Trust pilot doesn’t support the sharing of screenshots of the cancellation email and the chat messages between the service and myself. But if it did, I would!
DO NOT USE ZEEL.

Negative stars, get rekt zeel

There really should be an option for no stars....no joke. How can you cancel 10 mins before appointments consistently, booking one day advance than randomly cancelling during the day? You don't value your customers time and it's a joke. You are a joke.

I think they use fake masseuse pictures, then cancel and find another.
