I Love ZEEL

I Love ZEEL, They literally saved my life LOL . Today I was suppose to have my cousin do my Husbands massage for Father’s Day and she cancelled last minute. I googled same day massages and ZEEL popped up . At first I was nervous because they ask for your card info before they ask for your personal info (Name, Address and phone number) but I did it Anyways lol . I logged on the computer at 12pm requested a 230-330 slot and they found someone Quick but it was a Male and my husband perferred a woman ((I thought his day was ruined)) I cancelled but they still wanted my husband to be able to enjoy his day so they worked Even quicker and found me a woman by the name of Sharon L. Who was FANTASTIC !!!!! she was on time , nice , friendly , professional and I’m so thankful for her as well as ZEEL for going above and beyond to make sure my Husband had the best Day Ever . I forever thankful and he advised her massages are wayyy better then mine LOL ((SHES THE BESST!)) Thank you again and I highly recommend!

Fool me twice shame on me

I purchased a membership in Jan 2020, I scheduled my 1st appointment and to my surprise, NO ONE SHOWED UP and NO ONE CALLED. I was so disappointed because I really wanted, needed this massage and I planned my whole day around this massage. I sent zeel an email (this is the only way you can communicate with them) and than had to wait and hope someone would email me back, someone did and they rescheduled the appointment for later that day and again NO ONE SHOWED UP... ugh!! Again I had email Zeel and wait for someone to email me back. Zeel did responde and rescheduled me again, to another day and they give me a credit.
Two days later I received my message, and the therapist was just okay...
A month passed and now it's time for my next massage. I scheduled my massage and again, NO ONE SHOWED UP and NO ONE CALLED.
Their service is so predictable, that you know you will not get a massage on the day you schedule this.

Thank you for the convenient service!

The therapist have all been very good, professional and on time. Choosing one to be the regular person to give a massage is a tough choice. I like to see one therapist on a regular basis, a certain comfort level is important to me.

Media post of my house by therapist

My massage therapist was professional, and arrived promptly and provided a B+ massage. After she left my 16 year old daughter showed me a short video of MY BATHROOM that this therapist posted while washing her hands!! She clearly was taken with our bathroom, which is unusual and beautiful, but COMPLETELY not ok to show without my consent.

Unetical Company / Smoking Mirrors

THERAPIST VIEWPOINT

If any industry needs a Union its DEFINITELY this one.
I spoke directly to zeels management and they specifically said no hands on and its all ran by algorithms.
But yet in the text attached...THEIR VERY OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP replies and specifically said that she was waiting for the clients regular therapist to respond.
So if this is ran by algorithms like they said and there are no hands on control then why do i have to wait... there should be no waiting and I should have gotten the call right then and there fairly. Instead of their customer service TELLING ME they were waiting for another therapist to pick up the call i BIDDED ON another dumb option.
I worked for the client before and the therapist that they were waiting for is someone he didn't even want that's why he didn't prioritize her like clients are suppose to do amd know to do if they want a specific therapist...so when it comes to the system if a client really want somebody they have the option to "prioritize" the therapist so it doesn't go out to the entire group of people that are waiting for work.
the client knows that the client asked me my schedule and so I caught zeel in a lie and that's why I questioned them on their lie and I also informed them of this and thebfsct that a client was specifically sesrxhing for me and zeel custimer service deterred them from being abke to do so...not once but mutiple damn times...i told you therspist work to hard for you to contnrol our lives and our money thru violations snd your smoking mirrors...
After that two days later or so they fire me which is an eeoc violation
I LITERALLY (have proof of samples and examples) in my emails if anyone wants..email me
This fake and horrible company needs to be reported and investigated by their Board in their state...
Bad business, bad processes, bad practices and procedures.
Extremely Unethical...
Violators of my EEOC right.

Im angry, disgusted and embarrassed..and rightfully so. Therapists knows your a bad business and too scared or heaitant to speak up and you have the nerve to post about your process and procedures and the ethics even you the company have to abide by and YOU DON'T..ypir staff need to stop turning the other cheek and be ethical themselves to and for the therapists as they are therapists themselves snd should no better amd no first hand how difficukt the industry already is and do the right thing FOR US THE THERAPISTS and since they dont that makes them just as guilty.
No more and no way therapists will tolerate the way you mistreat, disregard and disrespect US your therapists behind the scenes on the business side.
People need to dig deep read the reviews and those that call themselves management for zeel AGAIN YOU should stop and not get caught up with being friends with the boss, or the powers that be and writers need to stop lying for this comoany...interview therapists and stop buying good news and get the truth from real customers and real therapist...no more
Therapists shouldn't have to "behave" to have and keep a job...
Sick just sick and its all unethical and illegal and why this industry needs a Union for real work ethics, processes, practices to be upheld and hold management etc aaccountable that violate our rights and life like Zeel has and does.

Great Massage Event for Wedding!

Zeel did a great job providing chair-massage services for our wedding day. The booking process was simple and effortless via their online booking system. In addition, the massage therapists were very professional and friendly.

Everyone in our wedding party thought it was an excellent touch to our special day. We were all much more relaxed and way less stressed when we left the house. It made the whole day much more enjoyable.

We highly recommend Zeel for massage-therapy services at your next event.

Terrible online scheduling system

Terrible online scheduling system. It says "unavailable"; then the therapist shows up the next day at that same time I wanted the massage the day before. No operator to talk to on the phone; text only. The company takes no responsibility. Few times good therapists. 5 times bad therapist. I was in pain after a massage a few times. After complaining, the company takes money from the therapist, but won't refund the company's portion. They lost a good customer. I have to warn others about that policy. Stay clear of Zeel. Go to Soothies; their competitors. There are much better.

Our daughter gifted my husband a Zeel…

Our daughter gifted my husband a Zeel massage and when he tried to schedule online a credit card number is required. No other options unless you enter your cc# so he was unable to use his massage. What type of scam is this?

I used to rave about Zeel and I wish I could take it all back. The customer service was a huge part of me continuing to shell out the $ for this, and it’s all turned sour. I’ve been ignored by customer service twice via text support and now on Twitter. This is really shady business tactics and so disappointing. I’ll be reporting this to the BBB & taking my business elsewhere.

Software that is guaranteed to drive you insane

This awful piece of software is guaranteed put a strain on your life! As someone with 40 years experience in designing, developing and deploying software, never have I seen anything quite so bad. A clumsy archaic User Interface that look like it was put together in the 1980s coupled with dreadfully complicated and unuser friendly functionality. A total Nightmare!
