No way to cancel subscription, when you reach out to customer support on whatsapp, they don't bother to respond effectively. You might end up stopping payment via your bank. Seems like a scam. Stay away from them

Charged After Cancelling Trial – No Refund, No Support

I signed up for a 7-day trial with ZeeDrop.
. I cancelled via WhatsApp and email on Day 2 of the trial (21 Sept 2025). Their "support" trap you in this supposed assistants chat to ignore requests. ZeeDrop charged me on 24 Sept via PayPal (Subscription ID: I‑E4JXP7J0L4L1).

I followed up via email on 29 Sept, demanding a refund. I also messaged their support multiple times. They read the messages but refused to process the cancellation or refund.

Their behaviour violates consumer protection laws and PayPal billing guidelines.

If you value your time and money, avoid this service completely. They advertise a trial, but trap you into billing and provide no real support.

Extremely poor service and a complete scam. They charged me twice in one month, never issued a refund, and didn’t respond to my messages. Totally dishonest. BIG NO — Zeedrop is a scam! I have already reported this to financial institutions. After researching, I found it’s an Israel-based company, which explains why it has a reputation for scams. They are not trustworthy and repeatedly cheat people out of their money.

Scammer
cancel button on their website doesn’t work. I’ve tried multiple times and even contacted them by email and Facebook, but got no response.
Today, they charged me $16.99, and there’s still no way to cancel the subscription. not through their site, not via PayPal, and not through my bank.
I also requested for refund but they just ignoring my messages.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option. Did a trial and immediately regretted it. Requested a refund within their 24 hours and have been ignored constantly. Absolutely disappointed

This is a deception and fraud. They do not return the money for the subscription. And it blocks you in WhatsApp and in the application, it works very poorly, and it is not suitable for many tasks. They do not cancel the subscription when you ask, and begin to prove to you that the application works and is suitable. Please do not contact this. This is a deception, fraud and scams.

ZeeDrop is a scam – impossible to cancel!

I signed up for the 7-day free trial and immediately tried to cancel — but the cancel button on their website doesn’t work. I’ve tried multiple times and even contacted them by email and Facebook, but got no response.
Today, they charged me $16.99, and there’s still no way to cancel the subscription — not through their site, not via PayPal, and not through my bank.
After searching online, I found many others are experiencing the same thing. This is clearly a scam, and I’m now worried they’ll charge me even more in the future
Stay far away from this service — it’s predatory and dishonest. I'm now working with my bank and PayPal to stop any further payments.
Update to "seller's" answer: I contacted this person immediately and many times afterward, but I never received a reply or a refund. The cancel subscription button did not work despite repeated attempts, and after I was charged, I had to contact PayPal to cancel the subscription

They are fraud, there is no way to cancel and they keep charging your card or paypal account, be careful from foreigners posing as technologist.

Do not even try the free trial - I had to contact Paypal support to get it cancelled after the first month hit.

The service is really bad and outdated, so you aren't missing anything by moving on

I don't know why this guy is so weird…

I don't know why this guy is so weird about contacting him at his CONTACT INFORMATION! The first time I emailed him asking him to please refund this $16.99 I was charged. I was on the website all of five seconds and it was not for me. He just ignored me. So a couple of weeks later I tried again and he replied:

"Plz this is not the right place we have other way contact by fb chat or whatsapp"

First of all, how incredibly rude! I am using the contact information that I was provided with and I am pretty sure if he is a software guy he can handle a request to issue a refund from any screen!

Second, how incredibly arrogant. I couldn't even remember what Zeedrop was! Does he think we are all tuned in in the world of Zeedrop that we know we are supposed to contact him on Whats App or Facebook. And no I don't use Whats App so I'll pass on that and I don't feel like contacting this dude through my facebook.

He was so unprofessional sounding, It gave me vibes of some guy chain smoking in dirty white tank top in his mom's basement.

Anyway, not about to follow him around on his social medias on a wild goose chase! It's much more convenient to lift up the phone and call the bank. His chargeback fee will cost him more than my refund, so right on. Smart thinker there!

REFUND ME NOW!!!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund!

When you email them at: hagaytarab at Gmail, info at zeedrop.com, tools at zeedrop.com, they just tell you to go to facebook.

If you don't have facebook, you get SCREWED by Zeedrop

If you do have FB, you get a stupid message saying "Use whatsapp instead"

If you don't have whatsapp, you get SCREWED by Zeedrop.

If you do have whatsapp, the bull**** number: +972 54-567-5356 (Hagay Cohen Zeedrop) will ignore your request and BOMBARD you with discounts and spam your inbox instead!

Since I have contacted them 5 different ways to cancel and get my refund since their tool suck is completely useless, I will have to notify Mastercard for a chargeback as this is FRAUDULENT!

Honest review here: It should be a 3.5. It's a decent tool for listing on many platforms, there is many included tools that can assist in bulk listing and monitoring products, customizations, and more. However, it is VERY outdated as the competitors have kept up with optimizations while Zeedrop has not. The main component that competitors have them beat with is how much better their website and UI are. Zeedrop often lags out on the log-in, making it hard to cancel the subscription. There is a Facebook support chat which I have found to be the best to cancel it but besides that, it's pretty sketchy on the cancelation process, and thus why I would even put Zeedrop as a 2. For its price of $16 a month I would rather use AutoDs however since I am a very particular seller I need Zeedrops tools but for everyone else go elsewhere, its outdated here and needs updates.

They are scammers

They are scammers, at first everything works, if you contact their support they will set up meetings but not attend, then when they do attend they want to charge you $80 extra for helping. Had a very bad experience, they lied to us 4 times.
