Now, I'm waiting for another one bigger...

I am very satisfied with the customer service and delivery. These bags are high quality products and they look amazing.

This is a very pricey bag with TEMU packaging. In addition, if you want to return or exchange it, you have only 14 days, which is definitely not the standard with online shopping. I assumed I had at least 30 days, and when I tried to return the bag my request was declined. I then tried to exchange it only to discover that even an exchange is at 14 days. Customer service is everything in my opinion when considering loyalty to a brand or product, and even more so when the product is expensive. I would not purchase from Zede again.

Additional information after Zede responded on March 31st, 2025. Their response to my concerns used the excuse that they are a small Parisian family owned company, and therefore have limited resources. I, also, have a small family owned business and I can assure you that our return/exchange policy is much longer than 14 days. We treat our customers LIKE FAMILY and I honestly can't fathom a 14 day policy for exchange/returns. Again, Zede has unfortunately further confirmed my beliefs about the company.

I ordered my bag on January 29. I still have no shipping information and I still have no bag. Customer service has told me that the bag is in transit, but still can’t give me any tracking information that’s reliable. The company they used for shipping also cannot give me any shipping information. I’ve sent an email for the last three days with no response. I’m seriously frustrated, because I hear the bag gets really good reviews but customer service is a completely different story. I would like a full refund and I’ve told them so, but they still haven’t gotten back to me. 19 days seems like a long time to be shipped from Paris to Texas.

I ordered the bag and there were some issues with delivery. Contacting the delivery company didn’t do any good. But ZEDE was able to help. They responded to my messages with promptness. And I got my bag and love it! Considering buying another one! Great service and great quality bag!

This is a fantastic company who sell top quality bags at a price which reflects the work put into the products, but is also affordable as a long term investment. The bags are practical, attractive and have the highest levels of workmanship. I'd recommend them to anyone.
