A bag for all seasons

Purchasing online was easy, delivery fast. The bag is beautiful! It can be used year-round (special thanks for the water repellant part). It is as roomy as it is stylish. The medium size is perfect for me (I'm short). The camel color goes with everything, and it's easy to care for. I love my bag!

Excellent made backpack

The backpack is very, very well made -- quality materials, beautiful product, weighty. I highly recommend this backpack. The color is beautiful. Misleading Advertising

Love the 2 bags I bought. Shipping was rather slow but worth the wait. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is I feel it is very misleading to say that they are French. In fact, they lead you to believe it’s made in France as they brag about the family history. NO WHERE on the website does it say that the bags are made in China . As for comments by other buyers, stating how light it is (clearly not talking about the PONT-DES-ARTS “Normal” as it is NOT light) or how soft it is (it is not). It is canvas and, while not as rough as many canvas fabrics (I’m in the fabric industry so actually know what I am talking about), it is NOT soft. Either these people are delusional or have no clue what a soft, lightweight bag is.

Still, I love the size as my laptop and tablet fit but I still have plenty of room for other things. And the styling is excellent.

Great Little Bag!

I was looking for a canvas bag for the fall and found this on Facebook. I was happily surprised by the 3 sizes and numerous color combinations. I was stuck between ordering the mini or the medium and opted for the Mini in Black. It fits all my necessities in all the pockets. I use the crossbody strap as a shoulder bag strap. It doesn't weigh me down like bigger bags. I like how accessible all my items are for me. Just to give an idea -I carry a full size wallet; sunglasses; a date book; and many more smaller items in that bag. A Great Find-Thank you!

I love this bag!

The company was responsive and my item arrived quickly.

I purchased my Point-Des-Arts bag in small, Noir. I love it. It is stylish and provides several secure options in which to store my items. In fact, I love the thoughtful creativity that went into making the various pockets secure.

Mother and daughter bags

I saw the sac a dos on Facebook and thought it was adorable. I don't like to buy things on Facebook, so I looked up Zede and found it. I just had to have this bag. And then I remembered it was only a couple of days before my daughter's 41st birthday. I knew she'd love it, so I contacted her and asked if this is what she'd like for her birthday. She was very excited and loved it, just as I thought she would. I bought two, one for me and one for her. We both love the bag. The small one was larger than we thought it would be, but it was perfect!

Beautiful everyday bag

Beautiful everyday bag. Purchased the beige/khaki colour in medium. Look forward to using it on a 2 week trip next year so that I’m only carrying one personal item on board.

Questionable Business

Never delivered handbag. One month after the order still not received merchandise. Continue to get runaround from vendor. USPS says postage due and unpaid by vendor.
Will cancel order and lodge complaint with credit card company.

BEAUTY, COMFORT and STURDY

I just received the Sac a Dos,” backpack. (Noir). It is absolutely beautiful and totally comfortable. (I have problems with my neck and back so traditional handbags and many backpacks are difficult to use)
The photos online don’t do this backpack justice! It has great inner compartments and is made of quality material. I look forward to using forever!
The way, the ordering process was flawless. I was kept up to date on the shipping and was even able to provide special instructions for delivery as to when/where I wanted the item delivered! EXTREMELY HAPPY with the product and the delivery

I think these bags are both very…

Two Bags Purchased - Not Received, No Support

I ordered two bags on September 12 and still haven’t received them. Shipping time was 3-7 business days. Zede’s customer service only replies sporadically by email and keeps blaming USPS. But USPS has confirmed that the tracking number Zede gave me belongs to a package going to an entirely different state.

Zede now claims the package was delayed for a USPS “fraud inspection” but is back in transit. That’s false—it still shows stuck in Chicago, nowhere near me.

Meanwhile, Zede only responds every few days and has done nothing to make it right. At minimum, they should have replaced my order with expedited shipping.

At this point, does bag quality even matter if the company won’t stand behind its products or resolve shipping failures?

Unfortunately, the issue you're experiencing is part of a wider disruption within USPS that has affected multiple shipments—not just ours. What’s happening in your case is that your package was temporarily held for an additional USPS inspection, something they refer to as a "postage assessment." While it's intended to prevent shipping fraud, this process can result in unexpected delays, and unfortunately, it's completely out of our control.

That said, after continuous tracking and investigation, it now appears that USPS has unfortunately lost your package. We deeply regret this outcome and understand how disappointing it must be.

We also want to clarify that—as we've stated in our email communication—the shipping label was correctly addressed to you, and your order was not sent to another state, despite what USPS may suggest. The tracking inaccuracies during these inspections are, again, part of the broader issue we're seeing with USPS at the moment.

That said, we absolutely agree that you deserve better support. We’ve reached out via email offering you a choice between a full refund or a replacement. As of now, we haven’t received a response, but we’re ready to take immediate action as soon as we hear from you. Please check your inbox when you have a moment.

Although this situation is out of our direct control, please know that we are taking it seriously. We are already working closely with USPS to improve how such issues are handled and to prevent this from happening again in the future. At ZEDE Paris, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service, and we recognize this is an area where we must do better—and we will.
