I have had most of my account balance…
I have had most of my account balance apparently locked in orders while in fact there are no open orders blocking the funds. It is a technical glitch. I reported the problem to them two months ago but they have been only telling me that they are working on releasing the funds. However it has been two months since I haven't been able to access the funds just because of the bug. I told them to process a withdrawal manually but they bluntly ignored the request.

Still after months I have not received…
Still after months I have not received my refund of 6000€ after my account got disabled without any reason.
They told me to reach their live chat, but they disabled their livechat on the website aswell. Tickets do no get unanswered.
