No happy experience at wedding anniversary

We usually spent our family celebrations meals there last years no the perfect place but everyone has preferred food to eat but last sunday we went there. First problem was i requested a table close to window. They didn't want to put us on window table many excuses. And no many food available. Food trays empties. No meat or chicken options availables to choose. No even fizzy drink to choose. This was not a happy experience 😕 we are thinking not go back because £100 × 3 adultos and kid is no cheap at all.

Overcrowded and poorly managed

The food was the usual stuff, no variation or improvisation on the menu (I have been a regular visitor for about 5 years now). Nonetheless, it is tasty, hence the two stars. However, the latest experience on 31st Jan evening (a Saturday evening) was quite deplorable. The place was overcrowded. There were no clean plates to be picked up for long durations of time, which means you had to wait for fresh plates to arrive before you can start taking food. Same for cutlery, and soup bowls. No trace for extended periods of time. I could see customers literally hoarding multiple plates at one go, as they knew that that the next set would take eternity to arrive. Food replenishment did not keep up with the demand for some of the more popular items. All in all, a very negative exerience.

Stolen jacket & ignored emails

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to you on 29th December 2025.
During my visit, I placed my nephews nike jacket, on the back of my chair while dining. Upon concluding my meal and preparing to leave, I got back to the car and discovered that my nephews jacket was missing.
I promptly notified your staff about the situation, but despite their efforts to assist me, they were unable to locate my jacket. I was assured that the matter would be escalated and that I would receive follow-up communication regarding any updates. However, it has now been almost a month since my visit, and I have not received any response or resolution from your management team. Just ignoring my emails, which is rude.
I believe that customer service is paramount in any establishment, and I feel neglected in this matter. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on this situation and any steps you are taking to address it.

Dreadful

Dreadful , unclean environment , under cooked food , awful service - even at the price that people seem to think is value for money definitely steer clear unless you want a case of the “ nasties”
