Our purchases ended up in the trash

We are a design build company and our first purchase from Zayian was two faucets. One faucet was supposed to swivel. It did not. The sprayer did not mix hot and cold water, which is odd. Parts were missing! Our construction manager and a plumber say one of the two faucets was used. Our more than seven attempts to discuss a return of the faucets were ignored. They do not stand by their products and their products are junk.

Zayian now replies to Trustpilot that they are interested in helping. Don't believe it. We had an inordinate amount of communication back and forth. They were not willing to help.

Exceptional quality and customer service. Prompt kind responses, And a strong desire to please the customer. I've order 2 of these sinks and plan to order a third. My clients love them as much as I do. I look forward to working with Zayian in the future!
