I booked my tour on a Zastours agency and I was nicely welcome. All required information was given during the process. However, the first lady welcoming me was not able to understand english on an easy way.

The experience itself was amazing, but arrival time was late with a busy signal for customer service

We had a fabulous time in our cooking class learning about Greek recipes and making the dishes with the guidance of our wonderful instructor. We loved the whole experience and enjoyed the delicious meal we prepared together. This class was a highlight of our trip to Naxos! Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Zastours was a success. The activity was great; the pick up and drop off service were an added bonus.

I am the retreat leader that George (Zas Tours) helped organize activities and transportation for, a 20pax group trip, and I am so happy with the services. He helped us with the Jason Cruises tour of Rina caves, ferry to Delos/Mykonos, hiking to Mt Zeus, and all the necessary transportation in-between. I would recommend George and Zás Tours.

Came in with my boyfriend to book a romantic boattrip, the woman showed us pictures and booked us what we thougt to be a cute boat.
The day of the trip we arrive and see a big boat filled with about 90 people, some who didin’t even have seats and had to sit on the floor of the boat. We called the booking agency and they said to come to them to get a refund or another less crowded tour but when we got there they were refused to give us a refund or another tour since they had shown us pictures (mind you the picture they showed us had maybe 10-15 people on the boat not 90!!). So we were not able to get a refund even tough we were mislead about the tour. The lady was super rude and told us it was our fault to have expectations, when i asked why she didin’t tell us it was a 90 person tour when we had told her we wanted something small, she said “you didin’t ask how many we could book on the tour”.
0/10 would not recomend this agency.

The trip consisted in the transportation to Delos, than a transfer to Mikonos and then back to Naxos. Departures were always on time, navigation smooth, friendly staff, price well worth!

Our day trip with Iason tours to Koufonisia was amazing. Everyone working the boat was so kind and fun and kept us informed about weather and waves. It's the Greek islands so it can get windy and so the boat will rock but if you take some Dramamine you'll be fine! The bbq lunch was great! We met people on the journey and our small dog was allowed on the boat which was a major plus for us! We got to see some beautiful spots. Jumped off the boat and swam the waters of Kato Koufonisi which is uninhabited and has the most incredible waters then went to Ano Koufonisi and walked the beautiful town with it's beautiful graphic streets and classic white buildings with all shades of blue shutters and doors. It was the highlight of our vacation going on this tour. Would definitely recommend it!!

My family and I booked a full day private catamaran tour with Zas and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The day was fairly windy and the waves were high but the captain made sure we barely felt the rough sea and allowed us plenty of time to relax at the multiple stops. We got to swim in private coves and sunbathing. The food they served was absolutely incredibly delicious. Fresh greek salad, seafood stew served over rice, and tapas. I would highly recommend Zas tours.

A fantastic and very authentic tour in a naxian farm of 5 generations.

2- hour tour around the farm by Mr Ioannis and his wife Anna. We were shown all the different varieties of trees, the animals they look after and the process of making cheese the traditional way.

In the end we sat outside in the dining table and had snacks - the two cheeses they produce mizithra and arseniko accompanied by breadsticks tomatoes olives spanakopita tzatziki and wine.

We enjoyed the whole tour so much from start to finish and would recommended it to anyone visiting the island!

Everything was as promised, convenient and on time.

We booked 2 tours from Naxos to Koufunissi and from Naxos to Rina Caves (from Panermos). We also ask to print some boats tickets for our next stop. The staff was really kind, we asked also suggestion for nice tavernas on Naxos and they did great.

Nice trip, very recommend!

Service from Zas was exceptional with no issues. Not having much time on Naxos to co- ordinate a day tour to Santorini for the ladies in our group I arranged this day trip in advance via email. Queries were answered promptly and concisely without difficulty.I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future if ever there was a need.

Our scuba diving lessons were well organized, and the instructors were very attentive and helpfull. My kids absolutely loved this, and were like little fish once they received their training.
