The Shoes were cheap plastic pieces of trash.

Received my order. It’s a very bad quality, not at all what the advertisement promised and looked like.
Website is unavailable.
There is NO customer service.
No telephone number.
No return label available because email address is false.
Emails are returned because email address does not exist.
I think it’s a total scam.

I had the same experience like many other reviewers, I wish I had read reviews before ordering. The dress I ordered was supposed to come from Switzerland and arrive within a couple if days, but in reality it came from China and arrived weeks later. The dress is very bad quality, and there is no way to return it. Same story for me. Only to learn today that their email address and domain is already offline. At least no one else will be scammed.

Gosh I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a bikini, that did not conform to the size chart. It is enormous and poor quality. It took weeks to arrive and like other people in Switzerland I was dupped into thinking my order was coming from Zurich. Follow everyone's advice and forget it. By the way I can find nowhere to return the article, so it's going to the charity shop.

The product I received after a long waiting was just a Trish quality I don’t no what to say by seeing their address “Zarello Zürich “ trust them I though it is Swiss company of course only seeing good pictures man can not be sure about the quality or that is really what he needs also the questions does it fits or not ??what’s new to me maybe to many others on the cloth nothing attached about the material how to wash , iron from where (made) just nothing!!! And the 10% sale was only a trick against the return right to online purchase anyway I never had such experience on online purchase. I will inform my friends and people I know to protect them from such surprise at the end they blocked my email.

Terrible experience! My advice? Run away and avoid making any purchases from this website.

I placed an order for two dresses, only to later discover that the website operates on a full dropshipping model. The clothes took three weeks to arrive from China and were of incredibly poor quality. They were nothing like the pictures shown on the website.

To make matters worse, the dresses didn't fit me, so I requested a refund. However, they refused to reimburse me, claiming that discounted items were non-refundable. This policy was never mentioned on their website. It's ridiculous to have sales on dropshipped products in the first place. It quickly became apparent that they were using this tactic to avoid giving refunds, as their items were perpetually on sale.

This whole experience feels like a scam and a fraud. It's disheartening to think that they can go about their day, knowing they're stealing money from people.

I'm extremely frustrated with them and upset with myself for falling for their tricks.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from their website. Seriously, don't even consider visiting it.

Don't buy anything from them! You will just lose your money. I am reporting this scam webpage to the police in Switzerland to protect other potential customers from losing their money! All articles are reduced so that you have ZERO chance of returning their rubbish clothes back to China.
