ZARA.PL Worst customer experience :

I didnt know zara could have such a bad customer services. I had an online order from zara.pl where estimated delivery date was 22.09.2025. After a week passed from this date order was still not arrived and there were no information nothing from zara side. I tried to contact with customer service as a foreigner living in poland and ofcourse there were no english support! Then as a solution i ask my boyfriend to call them and ask about statu of order. Guess what they done? Because its not his order they refuse the give any single information. We were next to each other he could answer any security questions to confirm that he is next to me and just doing translation but ZARA services didn’t except it. Anyway at least we got email to contact and i wrote them but one more week passed and no clear response that whats wrong why my order didn’t arrive and at least why ZARA not informing me with any solution? At least giving me option to refund my money back , right? It’s the worst customer service experience ever for me. I guess value added f brand should be the solutions they give to customer when there is issues and Zara totally failed.

Purchased £170 worth of clothes online…

Purchased £170 worth of clothes online which was delivered to the wrong address (you can even see in the photo it was delivered to enterprise car rental on the other side of the road) The people working there said the delivery driver took the package away as they told him there was nobody there of that name there however after numerous live chat messages over the last 3 weeks they are telling me it was delivered and do not qualify for a refund!!

Disgusting customer service, they just don't want to know or help me what so ever. I will have to now contact my credit card company but I will NEVER spend a penny in Zara ever again, they don't deserve my business and to be honest most of the clothes I have bought don't last 5 minutes anyway as the quality is so poor.

Fast shipping and Easy returns

They have a super fast shipping and make online returns super easy. My orders are often in the post locker on the next day already. I have less doubts before buying from them as I know that if I don’t like something, it will be super easy for me to return the item. I really appreciate it that Zara doesn’t create obstacles for their customers. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they refund the shipping price too if you return the item. That’s something I’ve never had with other online stores. I think it’s a great service and such small things really build loyalty

Great customer service

I got my order 12th of January and since it's pandemic time right now, orders can be returned or exchanged only via delivery companies, and I got my items damaged.

I haven't had such problems before, but this time the customer service did a great job, I was offered full refund and there was on me if I will send the damaged items back or not.
Very thoughtful.

Nightmare

Hello, I wanted to describe and unpleasant situation I've met in ZARA Poland. Dealing with these people is awful. I've found a blazer I wanted to purchase but it wasn't available on their website anymore or anywhere with me. I gave a call to their office and asked if it would be possible for me to pay for the blazer upfront so the courier could pick it up - no. Their stores don't pick up the phones AT ALL. I don't even understand why these phone numbers appear as "contact numbers" on their website. After being frustrated I took a 300 km ride to the city where it was available... Their workers said my blazer wasn't hanging in it's place and they wouldn't help me find it. I couldn't find it myself either... I gave a call to their office once again when I was back and described the situation. They didn't even apologize nor were interested in recovering the image of the company and only asked me which worker was that. They weren't interested in helping me to get my blazer or anything and blamed ME for not being stubborn enough to find it in the store! Shame.
