Great service

After receiving my first order quickly one of the packets had a small slit in it. I contacted customer service. They responded quickly, professionally and with care. They sent me out another packet straight away. Great service. Would recommend.

4 weeks in and I have noticed these…

4 weeks in and I have noticed these things...Calmer under pressure at work. Sleeping better and deeper. Slightly more energy. Slightly higher sex drive. Does seem to make me need the toilet more urgently which is a downside. Will continue for 3 months to see the full benefit unless I start sh*t*ng myself. I'll leave another review after 3 months.

5 Star customer service

Started taking the recommended 3 capsules a day and after 3 days something didn’t agree with my digestive system. Sent a message on the contact page and within 2 days a full refund was issued. Can not fault Zapply customer service. Hence the 5 star review!

Absolutely the worst customer service I…

Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I contacted them immediately after placing my order because there was an issue, and I tried EVERYTHING — email, Instagram DMs, text, their contact form — literally every possible way to reach them.
They took TWO DAYS to respond, which is already unacceptable, but what makes it even worse is they were actively posting on Instagram the entire time while completely ignoring my messages. So clearly they saw them and just chose not to respond.
It’s beyond frustrating and honestly just disrespectful. If you’re going to run a business, at least have the decency to respond to your customers.

No delivery, no tracking, no customer service

Ordered on Monday, confirmed shipped on Monday. It’s now Thursday night and no sign of it. In order to track your delivery they tell you to download an app which is rubbish and doesn’t actually tell you where your order is. I get an email from Jelte saying they are the Co-founder and any issues reply to that email. I do and it says you can’t rely to that email and fails. Absolute shambles!
Update 8.30pm Friday for Zapply- no I have not received the order today!

50 year old and improves me as a person

Look I was like everyone else
Is it a fad ? Will it work for me ?..Tbh i am 3 weeks in and found my energy levels have increased. I want to go the gym to improve and it has given me that spring back. I am 50 so natural testosterone is lower . My sleep also has improved. This isnt some bot writing this just an honest review. Three capsules at once after breakfast and sets me up for the day. I am also a bit more task focused. Give it a bash , whats the worst that could happen

SCAM.
Received an email - “Leave us a review and get a free order of creative worth £29.99”.
No mention of any conditions to this offer.

Left the review. Then received another email - copy and pasted below.

“ To claim it, add at least £30 worth of products plus the creatine to your cart, then apply the code below at checkout - the creatine will be discounted to £0.”

I very rarely leave reviews but in this occasion I feel I must leave this positive review regarding the Zapply support team, unfortunately due to myself being on apixaban " blood thinners " my pharmacist recommended that I not take this supplement due to one of it's natural ingredient can have a negative effect on the apixaban.
From the very first email, which I must say was replied back immediately, the support team couldn't be more helpful, they understood my problem and were very professional in helping me get my refund, if the Zapply product is as good as their support team it's a winner, thank you for your quick response and help.

Thumbs up for the customer care team

Bpost made a mistake and delivered my order to the wrong address, but Zapply handled the situation perfectly. I contacted their customer care and they immediately proposed a solution: a new order was shipped right away. The customer care team stayed in touch with me until everything was delivered safely. Great customer service really makes a difference, and at Zapply they truly know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommended!

Well day 4 so this review is more based…

Well day 4 so this review is more based on my experience of their customer service.
Ordered, arrived very quickly, opened the first packet and put them into pill boxes and realised I was short of pills (only by a few), I sent a message and within a few hours I’d had a response and a new packet on way. Great customer service.

I completed the steps and gave a honest review what wasn’t explained was that you have to spend money to get the free creatine and the prices don’t reflect adding something up to a certain amount.

Didn’t work and cancellation is so difficult!

They didn’t work for me first of all.

I then had another pack turn up as I signed up to a subscription and forgot about it.

The cancellation process is intentionally difficult and I could not work out how to do it. In the end I had to email them but it’s a contact form not an email address. I do not like it when a company makes something deliberately difficult to cancel. Why is it so easy to purchase yet so difficult to cancel it?
I would never use zapply again, please cancel my subscription with immediate effect

Update:::: they did cancel my order after this review so thank you for that. I still would maintain that if the website had an easy way to cancel the subscription I would not have left a 1 star review. The fact they didn’t seem to work is on me and they evidently work for others but the fact it’s so time consuming and difficult to cancel a subscription is deliberate and I hate companies that do that kind of thing hence keeping the review at 1 star. Others have mentioned the same thing. That’s not the way to do business. If a customer wants to cancel it should be just as easy to do as the subscription was to set up.
