I had a terrible experience with this company. The item I received was nothing like the pictures or description—completely misleading. When I tried to return it, they claimed they never received the package, despite tracking proving otherwise.
Customer service, especially "Josie Smith" (likely not a real name), was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s clear this company has no intention of resolving customer issues—their goal seems to be scamming buyers.
Avoid this site at all costs. Buyer beware! 🚨

Couldn't put less than 1☆ these are scammers, I ordered in October still no parcel. No relies to emails nothing at all !! Beware they've had plenty of time to at least give an update or reply.

Scam, ordered a month ago with confusing update messages and still not received my order 4 weeks later.

Customer service dont seem to want to reply either.

Avoid.
