Intuitive and Powerful Conversion Services
I needed to convert hundreds of Microsoft Outlook files to PDFs. They were an older, no longer supported format. Zamzar effortlessly converted the files to PDFs, and also extracted embedded Microsoft Word and Excel files! I bought the lowest cost option and it supported batch conversions up to 25 files at once. As a non-tech-savvy pensioner, I rate it 10/10. It was a lifesaver!

Highly recommend!
This is an excellent product at a very good price point. Very easy to use. I had no issues converting some video camera files to avi files that could be shared with the police from a recent auto accident in front of my house.

Thank you for the offer of support from the engineers. You complete my trust for Zamzar. I want you to know before I talk about the video conversion that I not only downloaded a dozen converters but I actually subscribed to 2 online converters and tried two more online free converters that were recommended to me by the Director of IRT at California State University Sacramento, where I have lifetime privileges as Emeritus Professor. None of them worked. Zamzar worked smoothly, and your company was the only one that actually offered tech support. I'm impressed and I'm thankful that I Googled top rated online converters and that Zamzar was top of the list.
That said, I am a tenacious guy, and after I read your instructions for transfer of the video, that I couldn't convert from my computer files, so your engineers could see what was wrong.
I decided that I had one other possibility before I transferred the video to your company. I had loaded the videos onto my computer when I thought I could still use Real Player. And that file was what I was uploading onto Zamzar. Two of the 3 videos I'd downloaded onto my Mac converted just fine and in fact were better quality than they'd been on Real Player. The third one didn't. But as I said, I'm tenacious, and so my last alternative was to hook up my video player to my computer and upload "session with Kim" directly from it, mostly just to see if the problem wasn't that the "Kim" file had corrupted on my computer desktop. Sure enough, when directly from the DVD was converted it worked beautifully.
I don't need tech support, now, because as soon as a non corrupted video was fed into Zamzar it was converted beautifully into MOV and plays well on all of my video players, and the sound is far louder and clearer than it ever was on Real Player. You have a fan, and I've already told others about Zamzar and will continue to.
Thank you all for saving my precious training videos. I'll tell the participants at the workshop I'll show the videos at all about Zamzar.

The product of file conversion and the customer service. I had a very large . odp file from the Libre suite and needed to convert it to ppt. It worked perfectly. Best of all is their customer service ... specifically Grace. I had the pleasure of communicating with her regarding subscription choices and she was extremely helpful and very friendly. The great - and DILIGENT - team at Zamzar
The great team at Zamzar diligently tried to help me convert a complex, illustrated children's book I'd created, from an antiquated format into a pdf -- it wasn't possible to make it happen, despite best efforts. They refunded my sign up fee as that was specifically why I'd come on board. Next time I have something that Zamzar can assist me with, I ABSOLUTELY will be back for their help. Great people!

It sounds as though your original PDF files may contain unsearchable text or scanned content within them. These kinds of scanned or unsearchable files first need to go through specialist Optical Character Recognition (OCR) conversion before they can successfully be converted to an alternative, editable, format such as CSV.
We'd love to see if we can get a more successful conversion for you. To do this, please could you send us the original PDFs file you were trying to convert, and we will pass it to our engineers to investigate further.
If the file is larger than 10 MB, then please send it to us via https://zamzar.wetransfer.com/. As part of transferring the file with Wetransfer, you may be sent a confirmation code via email, which you will need to input into the site to authorise the transfer before we receive the file. Occasionally this code can be redirected to spam or junk, so please keep an eye out for it.
Alternatively, you can message our support team via support@zamzar.com and one of our team will be happy to assist you.

I do not believe that I have ever dealt with a more professional, and personable business entity - that has the high quality and expertise of the Zamzar online file conversion service. Their Customer Support Specialist assisted me concerning a technical issue that took days to resolve, and they brought the matter to an optimal resolution.

First class service
Previous to subscribing top Zamar, we tried other free services, all of which were very unsatisfactory - the customer service was none existent. Then by chance we discovered this amazing team. Initially we tried to upload and transcribe the files via the Zamzar website but unfortunately, the audio level of our files was too low to be detected by the transcription software. The team at Zambar came to our rescue, nothing was too much trouble for them, they offered a solution, to send the files to them and they would transcribe them, which they did successfully. We found them to be extremely helpful and courteous and cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend their first class service.

I found Zamzar when I searched for "free pdf to audio". I signed up using my Google account. A pop-up appeared on screen inviting me to choose a paid plan; I declined. To confirm my identity
Zamzar sent me a phone text and I keyed in the number from the text; I noticed the text had been sent via Stripe. Then I saw another prompt for the paid plan - along with the Link logo and the last four digits of my credit card! Naturally I was disgusted and closed the page. After this experience, I won't be using Zamzar, and I will think carefully about using Stripe or Link. If I find that Zamzar or any entity representing them / engaged by them has deducted any sum from my credit card, I will be getting the bank to reverse-charge.

We've taken a look at this for you, and it seems that you started to sign up for a paid account with us (perhaps because your file was larger than the size limits of our free service), entering your name and email address and setting up a password. On the signup page, we clearly show the cost and details of the plan you are signing up for, but sorry if you missed this.
You would then have been taken to the payment page, where we use Stripe as our secure payment provider. Because you had set up 1-click checkout with Stripe previously when purchasing from a different retailer (this is their Stripe Link system), Stripe offered you this again - this is what the texted verification number was for (this was sent by Stripe, not ourselves). Again, Stripe would have shown you the price for the plan you were signing up for, so we do try to make it as clear as possible. Sorry if you found the process confusing, though.
We haven't taken any payment from you, and your signup with us wasn't completed, so no subscription has been set up. If you'd like to delete your Link account with Stripe, there are instructions here for how to do that: https://support.link.com/how-to-delete-your-saved-payment-information.

I used this for free when I was doing…
I used this for free when I was doing the website for our church, audio/video often needed files converted. That wasn't enough, so I purchased it for the nominal fee, then semi-retired, and still find it the best answer to convert most files that some programs or sites want.
I hate to say it, but I love it! :) (Not a Love/Hate, just Love)

On specific conversion pages such as PDF-to-EPUB, you will see the file size limit is explained under step 1 of the converter process. If you begin a conversion on our homepage tool, we aren't able to specify the exact limit until you choose your file for upload and select a format to convert your file to. At this point, we provide a pop-up message which outlines if your file is over our free limits.

Zamzar is the BEST!
Zamzar is the best thing since sliced bread! I use their file conversion practically every day. I experienced an issue with a Word document not converting to a jpg, I sent them a message and within a few hours, they responded back, addressed the issue, and converted my file for me! Great customer service too.

I've used their services for years and because my use is 'necessary but infrequent', I've been benefitting from their generosity all these years!
