Scam site

I took a $2 bonus and was told that I could redeem the bonus after $5, but I could not. I was asked to redeem an amount between 20-25$, and when I collected 21$, I was told that I did not have enough balance to redeem. How could I not have enough balance? What is the benefit of the points I collected?
