Dirtbags. My order arrived broken with the contents f the open jar leaking all over and through the box. A disgusting, gooey mess. I emailed that same day with my order number, contact info and photos showing the damaged box and opened product, also showing how it was not wrapped for protection. I called and left voicemail. I used the online Contact Us form. Never received any reply, over two months later. This is how Zamouri Spices gets around issuing refunds for broken items — they simply refuse to acknowledge any contact. In the end, my credit card company refunded me directly after they saw the photos.

I bought a large order which arrived two weeks after purchase. I emailed three times with an inquiry which was never addressed. I followed up with a voicemail and still nothing. I will find another company who takes customer service seriously because it doesn’t feel right spending $250+ without a response.
