Not good experience

If you know what the scamming is learn from Zameen, very bad expernce in 2025, purchase 2 Valut project and one Madison Square, never purchase Madison Square, sales guy initially reply to you but later show you his back. Well the problem is that I am out from Pakistan for many years as my God does not want me to eat any Haram and I thank to him, this is harm when I am expecting a service they do not provide service but show me their back.
Its being 3 months I have not receive any documetns and no rental income which was promised. Total Scam

Most of the property sale/rents are fake. Estate agents advertising fake properties to generate leads and collect number. Owners now Estate agents are posting fake ads but they are interesting collecting subscriptions. Scammers and thugs working together.

Based on my experience so far, it seems there is a serious lack of accountability and long-term commitment within your organization. I’ve observed an environment where employees appear to be more focused on short-term sales targets than on delivering reliable service or standing by customer commitments. This kind of culture—driven by fear of job loss and a lack of ownership—leads to poor customer experiences and damages trust in your brand. I hope leadership takes these issues seriously and works toward a more ethical and customer-focused approach.

Beware they will shows you big dreams but in reality to different I have invested many projects unfortunately got very bad experience kindly don’t loss your hard earn money I am soon going to take legal action against both of them marketing company and also on developers as we are overseas I feel ashamed why our Government not take action like this marketers and developers they are doing scam with people

They are NOT a trustworthy source for purchasing property. While they claim not to charge any commission, it becomes evident later that they secretly take a 20% commission from the total project price, which is in the millions. When the project is delayed beyond the promised timeline, they begin to ignore you. Even if the developer agrees to refund your money, Zameen refuses to return its hidden commission.

I invested in the Sitara Heights project through Zameen.com, and it has been a nightmare from the start. Despite the project being in default since its inception, Zameen.com promoted it aggressively and assured me of rental income on a lump sum payment. After I made the full payment, they initially delayed the rental income and then stopped it altogether.

When I tried to contact Haseeb from Zameen.com, he ignored my calls and never responded. Umer, another representative, kept making excuses and never resolved the issue. Instead of supporting me, Zameen.com abandoned me after taking their commission and left me at the mercy of the builder.

Later, Umer informed me that Sitara Heights had stopped construction and rental payments to customers. When I officially complained to Zameen.com, they shamelessly admitted that their only role was to sell the project and collect commissions, and they didn’t care about what happened to clients afterward.

This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Zameen.com prioritizes their profits over their clients’ well-being, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their investments. They have no regard for the financial and emotional stress they cause to their clients.
Keep away from zameen.com and special Haseeb and Umer

They are scammers, I created an ad listing, Amir named person contacted me and continuously was asking to transfer money in their account in order to post ad, I sent them money for ad listing, then they disappeared, not picking up my phone. Zameen.com whole group is fraudsters. Dont trust them, don't send them any money.

Nothing appears original. Pictures given of lavish properties only to later find pictures fake and offered other properties at ridiculously high prices.

Post add kerne se pehly they didn’t informed you to you need to buy 5 qouts for posting once you buy first qout to post your property than they ask to but another 5 qoutes to complete your advertising so each qoutes is cost 3000 so if you wanna post for shop or something else so uou need to spend 15000 so guyz before start your posting think twice otherwise you gonna fakedup by zameen.com

I have invested in thier project royal swiss in Madison Square mall... And the time of v first visit on 28 july 2024 i told them that we are selling our land in village but due to some court cases it would be possible that our payment got delayed so i came here to get some knowledge about your project... Thier boss saqib and nadeem and asma kanwal agent convinced me to pay token amount and some installments to hold unit in royal swiss because from 1 sep rates are increasing and if your were not able to sale your land in your village and pay further amount we will refund your amount in a week without any deduction. Again and again i asked that are you sure if we wouldn't able to arrange further amount then you will refund our amount... They convinced me at thier best. And i paid 1 million in different installments and paid them 10% of total amount but after a month our land cases got some more complications and i requested them to refund because its not possible to arrange further amount because our land is not being sold. But since 2.5 months they are humiliating us and not even receiving our calls and i have visited them 5 times in last month but they pretend all time that sir our developer is not signing our boss is on leave and some other silly lame excuses.. they are v unprofessional staff but don't know thier upper management is fruad or not but thier front face is v worst in irritating... We are v disappointed and worried about our payments.

Zameen is just like other real estate marketing companies. All the projects that I invested through Zameen.com's exclusive marketing partnerships are all delayed by more than 1 year. Some are being delayed even more than 1 year. Everything they promise before the sale are all sales tactics but no real results in reality.

Some of them have even legal issues such as declared illegal by LDA such as Barki Orchard. Investors are advised to do their own due diligence and do not solely rely on Zameen's due diligence that they claim

I rarely share my reviews on different sites. But unfortunately when I saw poor rating on this site, I learn the reviews and comments carefully. Then comes to know most of the comments are relevant to Zameen.com Application so let me guide you that listings on Zameen app not belongs to Zameen.com bcz this app just engage sellers and buyers.
And if we talk about Zameen, so read some negative comment in which one person also mention his number+974 etc. so I comes to know he's himself a dealer and developer, so don't focus on these negativity. Verify from your own. +923094883139 contact me if you wanna know anything

not worth to consider its waste of time every add is old and not updated or remove which makes so irritating.

Fake articles, Fake information

I booked for photography but the photography team informed us that this erea is not under them and then for two weeks i tried to contact them. I also aked to return money if you not able to provide services. But they keep informing that as per policy money cant be return. Which is very disappointing. I think they app and platform is very smooth but zameen should take care of customer.
