Poor quality on ordered socks

I have ordered 2 pairs of animal socks on their site which also had an add on facebook. At first I received an email that the shipment was delayed, finally after 4 weeks only 1 pair were delivered which weren't even close to the socks that I ordered. The quality, make, etc. were terrible. I have sent Zaluva an email about it and they did refund me the missing one pair. I have sent them 4 emails as I want to return and get a refund on the socks that a received. Up to now, no answer. Please do not order anything as their shit comes out of China and is of very poor quality!!
