Do not recommend – terrible shopping experience
I ordered a vest that looked completely different from the pictures. The color matched, but that’s about it. The product was of much lower quality and didn’t fit – it was too small.
I tried to return it, but that turned out to be impossible. The package came with no return form, no return address, no invoice – nothing. Customer service is practically non-existent. The email response was extremely delayed, and the phone number listed on the website doesn’t even work. They only replied after my third email, three days later, and instead of addressing the issue, they just asked for my order number – even though I had already explained everything and sent photos.
Their website states that returns are accepted within 14 days, but there’s no real way to make that happen. I’ve had the item for over a week now and still can’t get any proper support.
This feels like a scam. I strongly advise against buying anything from this store.
