Can’t find a worse website that’s lying…

Can’t find a worse website that’s lying to their customers so much. The website says it’s about to drop a pair of shoes at a certain time, but a couple of minutes before that it changes to sold out and never gets restocked, and the customer service gaslights you into believing that they sold out before you got the chance to get them, even though it happened before the time the shoes was about to release. Then they also do this weird thing with certain shoes where you can’t even order them, it says that they’re in stock but when you try to order the order button goes red and it says “something went wrong, try again later”. This has happened multiple times on multiple occasions.

One 'bad' payment alternative

I can only use one payment method which is money transfer through the bank. So I have to wait until they receive the money before sending my order..
When I asked customer service why I'm not able to use other payment alternatives they said they can't help me with it.

Chat closed by agent before issue was resolved

First time I ever contacted customer support and before my issue is even resolved, the agent just up and closes my chat! I contacted them because I received the wrong item in my order, returned said wrong item, but was never refunded my money for it despite the return having been processed already. Alright, fine, except that logic doesn't add up considering an entire return order is always processed together and then also refunded. You then receive an email confirmation of this and they provide you with an email confirmation of said return! Upon stating this to the agent, they just up and close the chat. Nice one, dude, I can tell you really love your job.

Company treat you on money and put you to struggle with delivery

I and my wife ordered a pairs of jeans in March. We paid for fast delivery options, and the keans was promised to arrive in 7 days max. We waited for 29 days and only after that, we were notified that our delivery is lost. Customer service replied very fast, but the solution was only to get a refund on the order of a new pair of jeans.

This time we waited around 8 days, but it appears that the company without any notes sent us 4 pairs of jeans in different colors that we did not order, and took our money from the bank cart without any notes.

Right now we need to spend our time, patrol, go away from the job to return the Jeans that we did not order at all, and wait for 3 weeks to receive a refund of money.

We recommend never using Zalando services. It will cost money, and time and gives a very bad mood.

Never any big issue

1. Have order over 200 products from them within a year.
2. Always got my money back when I return a product.
3. One time, Im not to sure if I got a note that it waited for me and I forgot about it. So it was sent back and refund, or if a note never was sent out.
4. Also one product has been delivered to my own mailbox - it said. Just minutes after (work from home) I check my mailbox. Nothing. So if I want my 400 kr back I need to talk to them, haven't contacted them about it yet. But I will, but its also not the end of the world if that little silver ring is lost.
5. One time I send clothes back to Zalando that was not suppose to go to them. But they mailed me back with like, what is this? kind of.... :) And sent me pic of the two products. I said sorry and asked if they could send them to me back so I could send them to the right shop instead. And so they did. The other company (asos), that probably got some stuff from Zalando sent back to them. Did´nt care to notify me. So thumbs up for Zalando from my side!

NOT SAFE! Refuse to refund returns

Regular scam, happening to hundreds of people! I sent an order back for £214. They received the parcel back but didn't send any correspondence. After chasing my refund, they refused to help me until I completed a legal document. After literally begging and chasing, zalando then informed me that my refund has been rejected because 'the item wasn't in the parcel' shocked and appalled, I immediately requested more information but they refuse to advise further. 
I have photographic proof I dropped my parcel to evri the parcel shop with the item inside but zalando refuse to refund me and now ignore my emails. Looking at Truspilot and Instagram, this is happening to numerous people worldwide! the issue / scam is far greater than it appears and it’s spreading by the day.

It’s not safe to buy from this company! If you’ve had issues like this, it’s fraud. Please report to Action Fraud, citizens advise, trading standards and share your story on social media and Money Saving Expert

Second time this happened

Second time this happened. They send packages with PostNord. PostNord doesn't deliver package and return it to them. I ask them to send the package with Instabox instead, but they simply cancel the order and issue a refund.

Unfortunately I have a Zalando present card and can't use it because they can't deliver a package.

What a horrible customer service, home delivery option

What a horrible customer service and misleading information. I payed for home delivery and my paket i sent to a service point. I called and talked to customers service and they inform me that they do not have home delivery for articles shipped from their partners ( Hummel). They do not any information while checkingout nor on Zalando homepage that home delivery is limited only for packages shipped by Zalando. Now i have to go pickup a package from a service place. Well, I would be avoiding Zalando in the future.

Im so confused.

Im so confused.. suddenly i got a swish from zalando saying i returned my item which i never got a confirmation from an item for over a week i waited.. im so pissed now i have to order with a difrent price .. like what the hell is this ... never again ...

Really bad and very poor service

Really bad service, I have bought family gifts on November 23rd, delivery service is the worst I have experienced in my life!
Carrier called me all of the sudden saying I am in front of home without prior notice?

Then twice they send me SMS with delivery date and time, then in the last minute they say sorry your delivery has been cancelled for today because your packages has been wrongly sent to another destination and today couple of hours ago I had a message your order has been cancelled, really disappointed and frustrated with their careless and late response 😞

I have ordered on 26 November

I submitted an order on 26 November, but until today 5 December, the package has not been prepared! I am a Zalando Plus member and I have to wait 20 days for my package! The customer service is almost useless and rude! I wrote several emails but they don't care!

Dirty, used items

My dress arrived with makeup stains on it, probably it has proceeded a return process earlier. Yikes.. Not an issue to bother claim a return in my case, but I’m disappointed and don’t trust Zalando anymore. I’ve made a return ONE time before and since that I can’t choose invoice as payment method without getting an ”technical issue”. Apparently I’m not the only one having this issue. Zalando claim they doesn’t ban customers who return products but sure they do!

Zalando is not trustworthy

Zalando is not trustworthy and will rip you off at any chance they get.
If they make a mistake and send you a wrong item/size, they cannot do a simple exchange they make you re-order the item and make you wait for a refund on the incorrect item.
The price had increased when I had to re-order, they told me they would refund the higher price but they refunded the discount price making me £39 out of pocket.
When I said I am sending the other item back they blocked the return and said if I post it to them they will just return it to me.
Absolutely shocking company. No phone number to ring. Only an online chat. Received zero customer service from the staff on there, they were disgusting.
Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

This is the worst thing that you have a loyal costumer .and then you banned the peyment method.
Shame. I can make another account and buy again but
I wont buy from zalando anymore its not respectful. I prefer to buy from About you boozt or .....
Bye Bye cheap zalando keep going missing your costumers!

Update payment solution!

of course do you have to have a working payment solution where you have an automatic payment when the delivery is done - like Klarna! Pathetic that you only have prepayment or “invoice” as a choice where you also not send an invoice so extremely easy for the client to forgot to pay when the things has arrived.
So - GET KLARNA FOR THE SWEDISH MARKET ASAP! if the Germans still want to be stucked in 2009, let it be there thing but we live in 2022!

Otherwise a good decent www.

Zalando is trying to scam you

I selected to pay the following month when I purchased an article. I am not even sure how, since I neve used this, and though I had paid.
When they money was not charged immediately, I assumed the amount would be charged to my card, which Zalando has the details for, and which I have used and authorized with them multiple times.
They didn't, but this is when the crazy part starts. I purchased the article in August, which means the late payment deadline is September.
When I didn't pay, instead of notifying me by email, or through their website (which I used) they sent me a letter, at the end of September, with a 200 kr fine.
Since I was not home for all early October (a holiday period), I missed it. Never did they think to notify me on my email, or on their website and the same month, I get a letter from a law firm notifying me to pay 1000 k for late fees.
Between the date for payment and Zalando escalating this to the lawyers, it was less than one month. Never once did they attempt to contact me any other way.
It seems we finally found how Zalando is profitable. They give you the option to pay the following month, showcasing a flexible company when you are about to purchase. From then on, it's all about profit and tricking you into paying more and more for an article that they were probably selling for too cheap - think about the profit if for every 10 people that shop there, they make one of them pay 3 times the amount of a product.

Not professional

If they only send a normal invoice in a separate e mail people will not forget to pay their bills. This thing that they send with the order is not an invoice! Not professional!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! PAYMENTS ARE SKETCHY

This company sells to Sweden and seems like they accept your payment - they ship the item . NO NOTICE of payment issues and later send warning letters with late fees. Item is paid for and they send to collections for more money. Stop advertising on the radio if you have to use strange ways to collect additional funds. This is not a reputable company if you look at the feedback from others. USE caution , you think you are saving a little money on an item and pay much more than you would have from the other shops. NOT A GOOD ONLINE EXP

There is no way to contact the customer service!

I ordered a simple tank top about 3 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. The problem is there is no way to contact the customer service! I even searched for "customer service" on the website but found nothing. There is no information on the carrier website either.They told me to contact Zalando. I have no way to get my money back.
