I ordered a handbag, it was exactly as described amd arrived before its due delivery date. I will definitely order again

Joke of a company order not arrive for after almost 2 weeks, refuse to provide refund unless you wait for at least 2 weeks, refuses to contact THEIR vector to obtain shipping status, tracking number not valid on the vector website tracking service. They offered me 10% discount of next purchase as if I would ever even considerer buying anything from them again. Shame on you.

Placed an order on 13/12/23 Delivery date was expected between 21/12 and 28/12/23. Checked my order status and order has not yet shipped.

Paid for an item they took my money days later I contacted them to see an update they told me the item is out of stock I said I need a refund so they said contact my bank ? My bank member in my life did I have to contact a bank for a refund anyway I did ring my backs they told me it’s up to them to refund they took your money obviously won’t email me back will be se order again from this company they took my money didn’t contact me to say it’s out of stock even though it had on there website it did and took my money with out a present and loss of €91

Despite all the bad reviews, these guys were the only people that had what I wanted, so I took the chance before Christmas, and thankfully everything was fine, they sent emails with updates of what was happening and it landed within the dates they said it would, I got exactly what I ordered, so no complaints

Placed an order last week on 8/12. Delivery date was expected to be today (14/12) or tomorrow. Checked my order status and order has not yet shipped. Can’t get through to customer service as website only seems to have “self help” customer service. Avoid if you are looking for timely arrival of goods.

-10 stars I have sent numerous emails to zalando and have completed all the documents they have asked for and Silence! No order, no refund and no replies to my last two emails. Do not use this company! They are a disgrace!

TERRIBLE!!!
First order was for my holidays, didn’t came on time and now I have something that I wont use and I cannot return.

Tried again. Bought two Huddies from GAP to my dad, tracking with fastway it says it has arrived in the hub. Emailed zelando, but no responses. After 2 days delay with no updates at all, I contacted fastway and they said they will check what was the issue but they do have the parcel there.
On following day I got zelando team on live chat and they said the order was never sent to the warehouse. (????) and I won’t receive it. So they sent me a refund and “that’s it”

They couldn’t care less.
They are terrible.

After being a loyal customer of Zalando for many years and I am extremely upset with the way I was treated and their customer service.
I returned items and had proof of postage, which which I provided them.
I was told they would not issue a refund as they items were not returned. They said they had received the parcel at the returns centre. I asked them which items they had received and they said they could not tell me. It seemed so strange that they received the parcel but were not willing to tell me which items they were missing. I requested to take it further and was told the decision was final.
Obviously I am very upset and the lesson is even with proof and an excellent track record of years of purchasing means zero to them.
Be warned, proof and receipt of parcel means nothing. Im still in shock

Ordered a beautiful winter coat, got a message from Zoolando to say they were ready to pack and send it and I would recieve it at a certain date. The next thing I get a message to say they received my coat and would send a refund. I never received my coat, I don't even think it was dispatched. Very dissapointed with their service.

This is second time zalando have sent me the wrong size than I ordered, despite delivery note showing size I ordered. I was asked to provide photos of item showing label, packaging and delivery note. Duly did that and then got a short mail to say return item and Instructions. I ordered this item for travel in 1 week and now I have neither item or money. No offer of replacement immediately due to their mistake nor immediate refund. Very poor service indeed, zalando, you need to do much better for your customers, this is not acceptable.

Well I have nothing but positive things to say about Zalando very quick delivery and plenty of emails from start to finish and the item I ordered I loved gorgeous coat my daughter loved it to ..
So 5 stars ⭐ very satisfied buyer .

Very slow to get refunds, returned a parcel 9th of Aug, today is 19th and Zalando still have not received it from their courier. I live 50 mins away from their warehouse!!!! Told me to wait another 9 days and they will "look into it". Nearly a month for a refund, won't be buying from then again.

Use them all the time, prices are competitive and never an issue with them including a couple of returns I made. Much cheaper than the other very expensive Irish online store.

Purchased a bikini online. Received the goods far quicker then expected. Delighted with everything.
TBH I was a bit dubious about using this company having read the reviews but after my experience, I would definitely use this company again.

Very slow delivery in Ireland ... ordered 5 days ago, the status is still 'We are packing your order' as the first day ... avoid them, they anyway sell things that are available elsewhere...

First time to order with zalndo.
I make an order throw the app , paid got the confirmation after week they cancel the order without notifying me without explaining the reasons behind the cancelation, first time and last time for me to use thus service , Don't recommend

Given the poor rating here, I was very skeptical to use Zalando but they were the only online retailers selling the trainers I wanted so I took a gamble.
Well I’m glad I did as my order was received exactly within the stated week timeframe and with no issues.
I was very pleased and would use Zalando again.

Here in Ireland they use Fastway couriers unfortunately.
