The worst delivery experience
So I bought a very expensive premium item on Zalando.hr, it came stuffed in a paper bag and crumbled in a tiny parcel locker. I left a review how I will return my order due to poor service and delivery methods (they work with Hrvatska pošta btw, which is THE worst delivery company in Croatia!). The review was honest but negative, and although I was respectful with my wording, they didn't publish it on their website, not even weeks later. I am seriously appaled by that behavior. They need to do better and be honest to their costumers. I am actually sad and disappointed because I left a lot of money on that website and deserved at least the right to leave an honest review. In comparison, I had a much better experience ordering premium items from Answear.hr (they always package everything in a box and have a super fast delivery via GLS, DPD or BoxNow).
Zalando.hr, upgrading your service is not a big ask, especially if you want to be a respectable seller of premium and designer items!
