Awful customer service and unfair policy!
My account was suspended for no reason. I did not get any notification that it was suspended. I could not leave any comment or buy/sell anything. Then I wrote to support myself to get the answer that my account was suspended because they accused me of creating duplicate accounts. I do not have duplicated, I recommended this App to family members and to friends, they are also registered.Of course my husband, mother and siblings have the same Surname but different names, all different persons and it is not fraud! You are allowed to create 1 account pro person!
But Zadaa suspends all accounts! Not recommended!
Moreover, Zadaa accuses people in fraud, but allows people to sell fake items!
I saw many fake items like LV or Longchamp bags and reported it to support, but the items were not deleted! They were marked as sold to someone! In such way Zadaa supports people who sell fake items and does not delete those item from marketplace!
Another thing concerns Zadaa Money back guarantee: I bought an item that was stated as new, but got item that had bad old smell and was all yellow because of time white turned to yellow! I made pictures of it and send them to Support, but they did not do anything, the money went to seller and I got that yellow old smelly shirt!
