I've used their services for a while and never had major issues. If you do have a problem, you can open a dispute, and they'll either fix it or refund you. Always check vendor feedback.

Fast service, good quality, amazing prices. Note that this is a platform/marketplace, do not hold it accountable for the actions of individual sellers (use the ratings on the website to discover the best ones).

Warning: Poor Buyer Protection and Unresolved Dispute on Z2U

I had a very bad experience with the Z2U platform. I purchased from one of the sellers, but the product I received did not match the description, and there was clear misleading information in the product details.

I opened a dispute to resolve the issue, but the seller does not respond to my messages, and the platform has not handled the problem properly. The responses were not helpful, and the dispute has been ongoing for more than 10 days without a clear solution.

Because of this experience, I feel that I was scammed through this platform, and I do not recommend anyone to deal with it, especially if buyer protection is this weak.

I hope the platform improves its support service, follows up on disputes seriously, and requires sellers to respond and resolve buyers’ problems fairly.

Excellent seller

Excellent seller! Everything worked exactly as described, and the subscription was delivered quickly. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Communication was friendly and professional, and the seller was very helpful whenever I had a question. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again. Highly recommended!
