Our KYC/AML verification is a mandatory compliance requirement for all clients, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which are always presented to clients before opening an order. While we strive to make these checks as efficient as possible, the duration can vary according to the complexity of each case and the speed with which clients provide requested information. Unfortunately, it is not within our authority to modify these regulatory obligations.
With regard to clients residing in Russia, please note that this jurisdiction falls outside our current risk-appetite parameters. For this reason, once you disclosed your location, we promptly refunded your funds and canceled the order in accordance with our internal policies.
You also mentioned our average release times. Please be aware that this metric encompasses a variety of payment methods and currencies, some of which inherently require several days for funds to be transferred, so it is not solely indicative of onboarding or verification durations.
