I put in the wrong address for shipping left them a email. The next day I got a email that they changed it right away.

They were able to switch what color hair I wanted before it shipped and they saved me from having to do a color change. THANK YOU!

I bought the human bulk boho loose deep wave feather hair and when I say itch. This hair has got to be full of chemicals. Itch is an understatement. I took the time to order one of the one braiding hair that's chemical free and I thought by ordering this human hair I would have a itch free head. NOT! I suggest you either wash this hair a hundred times or just reframe from buying altogether.I definitely would not recommend!
