Disappointment from customer service!
Well, I have made an online purchase on 11 th of February. I have ordered 3 bath and shower gels, shower oil, and there was a promotion to buy 2 more shower gels and receive the same 2 products for free. So I bough 2 cotton flower and mimosa shower gels and had to receive 2 more of this gels. Instead of that I have received 4 magnolia shower gels! I found that mistake when I have received a despatch summary confirmation so the list of products were different from what I chose. It was 13 th of February when I got this letter. So called to customer service in order to solve this problem right away as I don’t have time to do this stuff with returning it. But they calmed me that it is not a problem and I need to call them and confirm a mistake when I receive the parcel. So yesterday 19 th of February I got my parcel and as I expected i received 4 magnolia shower gels... I called them and the guy who assisted told me that as soon as will send them back they will return my money back or send me replacement.... so be aware of their online website if you don’t want to receive an unwanted products...won’t purchase anything from them again
