Mar was extremely responsive and helpful when I had an issue with submitting a timesheet. She clearly explained why there was an issue and what to do to remedy the situation. 10/10 service!

The YunoJuno team is great

The YunoJuno team is great. I spoke to Sara, Hasan, Mar, and all of them are really helpful. They make things easy for you and they are quick responding. I feel supported working with YunoJuno and I would recommend them to anyone.

Reliable, responsive support for freelancers — consistently excellent

I’ve been working with and through YunoJuno for nearly five years, and they’ve consistently been a joy to work with. Most recently, Hassan was quick to redirect me to update my company and banking details, provided clear and useful guidance, responded promptly, and offered zero friction. The process was simple and efficient, which is exactly what you want from a freelance platform. Dependable, responsive, and well run.

helpful support, easy journey

It's been very easy and smooth to onboard with YunoJuno. I had a few "issues" or "steps" where I needed some help with. I got very quick responses from Sara and Hasan, both being helpful and making my journey really easy.
