I was excited to try Yummy.com for the first time—big mistake. They flagged my account as “fraudulent” without warning, proof, or explanation. I’m a new customer, made a legit order, and instead of getting groceries, I got silence. They held onto my money, failed to deliver the order, and treated me like a scammer.
Their customer service? Absolutely useless. No clear timeline. No accountability. No refund. Just generic responses while I was left with no food and no support.
Yummy.com left me high and dry during a critical moment. If this is how they treat honest customers, then I wouldn’t trust them with a coupon, let alone a credit card.
