Beautiful little wooden sculptures
The wooden sculptures with dogs/cats are beautiful. I bought 3 as gifts. It would be great if they could be made in a larger size too.
AWFUL COMPANY - zero customer service!!
I ordered well in time for Christmas but the items did not arrive until well into January. Worse, I emailed to request a return and never heard back, they clearly ignored THIR OWN STATED RETURN POLICY. This must violate consumer protection laws. AN AWFUL COMPANY!!.

Mass produced in China
I really like the woman with rabbit sculpture, but the lack of information on the website about place of manufacture made me skeptical about the authenticity of "Yukon Design." Did some digging---this is not a product made by a craftsman with a chisel as the photo would suggest but clearly a computer assisted machine cut product. And dig a bit further ( product is also sold on Amazon) - it's made in China. There is nothing wrong with sending designs to China for cheap production, but it IS wrong to obscure this information from potential customers. I don't appreciate that Yukon Design hides the place of manufacture and as a consumer, I believe this is disrespectful. Please give your customers credit and respect that some will choose not to buy goods made in China, and be happy that others will. I'm giving this otherwise perfect gift a miss.

Martin does bad customer service
I spontaneously purchased a gift for my brother who got a new dog. I never really followed up since rarely do packages go astray. Months later I casually asked my brother about it and he never received it. The ups tracking shows a problem that I asked them to follow up. They won’t and were sooo generous that for another shipping charge they would replace. I see other review with same problem. No reason to buy from them. They can keep my money. Go elsewhere.

In remembrance of a darling dog who will be missed for ever.
This is for my daughter whose darling dog had to be let go to cross the rainbow bridge and get her wings last month. She is so missed but lives on in our hearts.

No Christmas gift for my grandson until...this morning! ing!!
The item that I purchased on November 18, 2024 from Yukon Design was for a Christmas gift. The package was never delivered to my home. As I live in Canada, our Canada Postal Service was on strike for more than a month. The postal strike ended just before Christmas but my purchase was never delivered due to perhaps being lost. However, Yukon Design was so very kind that they sent me a replacement item!! I just received the item this morning, and I love it!! Thank you Yukon Design Studio.

The carvings were lovely and my friends, who are doggy people were absolutely delighted with their presents. Also, I made a mistake with my order and the company could not have been kinder or more helpful in sorting out my problem. I can't recommend them enough.

An exceptional company
Loved the product and so did the three recipients of the mobile phone holders.
When the delivery company failed to deliver, Yukon got on to them on my behalf and sorted everything out.

Yukon Design's gifts are unique and high quality, and their customer service is outstanding! I thought there was a problem with the delivery of a small item (there wasn't, I "lost" it when unpacking the delivery, and didn't find it until many weeks later ...), but Yukon Design's communication was always generous in resolving the issue.
Order never received and poor customer service
I ordered a Christmas present from them on 12/22/24 and found out after the order was placed that it would take 1-3 days to process and then it would take another 6-12 days to receive the product. within 5 hours of order, I emailed and texted them to cancelled, but they said it was processed and sent out already. They said I can return it when I receive it and provided me with a tracking # . By 1/1/2025 the product was sitting in a DHL facility in Manassas, VA and by 1/5/2025, it was still sitting there. I emailed them about it and they told me I will receive my package the next day and then I can return it for a refund. They also sent me a tracking link different from the first and it showed the product was in a DHL facility in NJ (weird right?). Between 1/6/2025 and as of this writing 1/15/2025, I wrote them 2 more times and checked the tracking b/c the package was still sitting in a DHL facility in NJ. But they did not respond to my last two emails (very poor customer service) A scam? Probably so!
What happens if it goes wrong?
So, I paid the smaller delivery charge and got what I paid for, the courier my end wasn't great.
The item arrived broken so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement that arrived in perfect condition and much more quickly than the original order. I'm very impressed with the customer service and the item was as described on the website. Shop with confidence. Don't go cheap on delivery if you have a deadline but if it goes wrong it'll be fixed!
I have not received my product
I order a design for a Christmas present on Dec. 13, 2024. The company said it would be here in five days. It is now Jan. 12, 2025 and I have not received the design yet. When I reach out to customer service they gave me a tracking link which stated: Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 7:42 pm on December 26, 2024 in HOUSTON, TX 77073. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package. Houston Texas is 90 miles from my home. This was the second time I reached out to them and the second time their help was a tracking link. UPDATE: 1-26-25 I still do not have my order. I have checked my credit card bill and I was charged for the product on 12-13-24.
UPDATE #2 On January 27, 2024 the company said they were sending me a replacement. Well it's Feb.4, 2025 and I still don't have an updated shipping label or an order. I've emailed them asking for a refund and get no response.
