I was entering my shipping and mailing address information and I hit submit too early and noticed the shipping and mailing address was from a previous address. I immediately emailed Yukon Design Studios of the mistake and supplied the correct information. I was contacted that the correct information was amended. I am happy to note that I received my order today (8/1/25) and am looking for the best options to display my cat figurines. Proud to support businesses that keep the "buyer" at the forefront of service! Great job!!!

I have ordered three times directly from Yukon Design Studio for a total of 10 items. Each and every one arrived on time with absolutely no problems. And each and every one is absolutely precious--and now treasured by the recipients. Thank you for these lovely pieces!

I purchased "Dog and Woman". It is absolutely adorable! It's well made and looks exactly what you see on the site. Also, the customer service is great as they respond to your email right away and are very helpful. (I asked for an advice if I can shelack it to enhance the color.) If you are dog (or cat) lovers, I am 110% you will love it as I do. It warms my heart and gives me a big smile whenever I see them. :-D
I also hope they will explore with various other desigs in the future. :-)

I placed an order and somehow messed up my email and delivery address. This company was able to sort it all out for me. They were very helpful every time I emailed!

I ordered a wooden sculpture and I love it. Quality is top notch.

Yukon design studio use the cheapest couriers. Order not delivered after 21 days.
For Australian orders they use Aramex.
Aramex has a 1.2 star rating.
My order tracking has not been updated for 6 days.
Yukon does not care about orders after you have paid. Once shipped they blame there cheap courier

This company is unreliable. Failed to ship my purchase on time. Failed to timely respond to email messages. Fails to provide a customer service phone number -- so it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them when they fail to ship on time and fail to respond to email messages.

We placed a large order which we were very pleased with but we noticed that one dog had an ear missing. When we contacted Yukon, they replied immediately and sent a replacement ornament. Lovely quality goods with an exemplary follow-up service.

i had bought a girl/dog for my ex-wife, hoping it would be a piece offering but she liked it and would want it, but she wants nothing from me any longer.
I liked it so well I asked for a replacement of the girl to a guy and they were glad to help me with the exchange.

I am delighted with my purchase. It looks and feels exactly as in the photo. Very reasonably priced too. When I enquired about the delay in delivery I got an answer almost immediately. I will be purchasing from this company again.

I bought the figure "lady with long eared dog" for my wife after we lost our Labrador Bertie. very emotional but a lovely model, well made and delivered quickly to us here in the UK.I would heartily recommend these products to anyone

Today I received a notice stating my parcel had been delivered however I was unable to find it !!
It was delivered to the wrong address, it was left in my neighbours letter box, not at my address and not where I requested it be left at my front door
This has been very stressful, and I’m not impressed by the lack of care taken especially when it’s clearly stated what is my address and where to leave the parcel

Today I also received an email from Yukon Design following up on the delivery of my parcel their prompt response was most appreciated. I have provided full details of the delivery problem and hope it will be of assistance to them. The parcel was found and the order is perfect

The woman and dog carving with floppy is so beautiful and really helps me when my dog is staying with other family as it really does look like him.
Bought one for my friend for Christmas and she loves hers aswell.
Really good quality finish.
The website is very clear so easy to pick out different designs.
Good packaging and prompt delivery.
