I subscribed at lifetime package and there are plugins free for this package and I can't download them like (WooCommerce Ultimate Barcodes) and I sent to customer service and support ticket and don't have any answer please help me quickly

I purchased two modules from them and both of those are not working, they are not responding to tickets or emails.

I cannot trust these people. Damaged and unusable products are also uploaded. I bought premium tier packages that I can't use all of them. I have created support tickets for broken products but the response is almost no or no support. Really bad. Very bad.

Yes, this site is selling pirated content. Yes, that's illegal. However, not everybody can afford the massive fees these creators ask. While I'm not condoning piracy or what they do, if you are looking for a cheap alternative to purchasing a plugin/software outright, Yukapo is a good site. I've performed thorough virus/malware checks and everything I've downloaded from them came up clean. My only issue with the site is their customer service is an absolute joke.

These guys deserve less than 1Star! SCAM ALERT!!!

They say All Access to All files, but this is a big lie!

When you want a plugin, and is not in your subscription, they keep giving you discounts to upgrade, but that never happens.

Totally a scammed website! Poor service and they lied to you with problematic plugins. Don't waste your money on it!! It can definitely ruin your website! Of course, no refund as well!!

It is no longer what it was. Now the plans only include the basic plugins and the rest you have to pay additional.

I recommend that you look for another alternative.

It was a good website before but now they have become so greedy and almost every good item is categorised as an exclusive item meaning that you have to spend extra money to purchase that single item. I think it is better now to switch to other GPL websites offering more value to their customers.

It is a fraudulent site, definitely don't buy it, I bought it, I added the plugin to the site, it didn't work, I wrote it back and they said it will solve it in 1 day. They didn't write or solve the error yet. They didn't refund my fee, it's a fraudulent place.

I have been deducted from my renewal fee 2 times in a row in 1 month. Contacted support, no response. It's a scam!

They steal works from developers who exclusively sell on other markets like Envato, they can't offer support (of course, they are just thieves, not authors), and reading the other reviews they also defraud their own buyers. I'm just wondering why this website is still online

Yukapo.com is a piracy website. They copy templates from ThemeForest without any authorization and selling illegally. I have purchased a template from Yukapo. This was my biggest mistake. Later after 1 week, I received DMCA Notice from the real author. So I paid again the original payment to the author. I suggest to all that, don't purchase templates from yukapo.com. They don't have the authorization to sell templates. All templates are nulled and pirated.

I have bought AtoZ seotools website script but after installing on my server my admin panel ask item purchase key but in zip file they don't provide me any item purchase key i contact them but they didn't response me

No issues in the past always quick to respond, however, I recently used them again and purchased a premium product. Plugin does not work, no reply to tickets or emails, no refund. Whatever happened to this website in the past 6 months it now appears to be a scam sadly.

It is basically a scam, a thieve who stole other's piece of hardwork, resell and earn money from it.
Not trustworthy company. Paid and no service , even the files selling inside Yukapo are not really nulled. When you realized and request for refund , they will ignore you .and assumed you have download the file so no refund is suppose to made . F it yukapo you suck my sick
